The cottage is consistently described as clean and tidy, with one isolated incident of cleanliness being addressed promptly. The high standard of cleanliness contributes positively to the guests' experiences.

The location is repeatedly commended for being central and close to the sea, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. It is a standout feature that enhances the stay.

The cottage is generally found to be comfortable, with comfortable beds and a decent shower. There is a minor note regarding the lack of mirrors in all bedrooms, but overall, the comfort level is high.

Very clean and comfortable. We have had a lovely family beach holiday here - perhaps just wish the kitchen was ever so slightly larger and a few more TV options (no iplayer/Netflix/Prime) available would be nice for those with young children to soothe in the evening! But really, a perfect cottage, and fantastic customer service from Sykes. A very happy family here, thank you.

Ich freue mich immer sehr, bei LymeBay Holidays zu buchen und werde stets absolut freundlich und unkompliziert bedient. Auf LymeBay Holidays kann man sich immer verlassen.

The host also provided a parking permit for a local car park, which was very helpful. The cottage was accurately described on the website and had comfortable beds and a decent shower, both often sadly lacking in some holiday rentals. Overall, it was a great place to stay and well-equipped for a holiday.
