Make your way into the lounge to bask in the heat of the open fire, watch TV or choose a DVD or book from the selection. Enjoy music in here too – or in the dining room – via the speakers connected to the iPod docking station. Cook meals for your party in the stylish kitchen, with its breakfast bar, where you can pause for a cup of coffee or tea before beginning your preparations. Serve up in the dining room against a backdrop of sea views then after dinner find a quiet moment to yourself in the study, which also looks over the water. Find a utility room adjacent to the kitchen and a shower room also on the ground floor. Head up to the first floor to discover more sea views and three bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms. - Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.

- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village.
