Fabulous walks, trails, golfing, rock climbing and much, much more are all within easy reach. Explore the many historic houses such as Chatsworth, Haddon and Hardwick Hall to mention but a few. Impressive caverns in nearby Castleton and Little John’s Grave in Hathersage are also well worth a visit. There is plenty to do for walkers and cyclists, with the Monsal Trail on the doorstep. Had a lovely 5 nights away with my family in Netherwood. Its perfectly situated for jaunts into Bakewell and beyond! Highly recommended. Netherwood is decorated and equipped to a high standard. We were very happy there.
