Our second time in Amour Deluxe by far the best lodge on the site. Have stayed in 2 others here but would now only book this one. Very secluded hot tub ideally situated outside the bedroom french doors. Private decking with only the little stream running past which is lovely to sit back and listen to. Great wildlife to watch from the late night badger to the entertaining squirrels and even had 2 jays visiting. Lovely local pub, The George and Dragon you can walk to and plenty of longer walks on the doorstep. Lodge very comfortable and cosy, lovely and warm. Nice little touches. Especially like the huge sofa you can relax on. Will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet location (other than the airplanes), lodge has private outlook to the back. Well located for exploring either to the East or West. Tidy and clean inside, and staff very helpful on arrival. Whilst we recognise the need for quiet and welcome it, the lodge/ site requires people to be out of hot tubs by 10pm, an extra hour would have been welcomed. After being out all day, and stopping for dinner at pub in the evening, didn’t leave any time for hot tub on some days. That being said hot tub was great, and clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when visiting that part of the country.
