    Mr Manetta ‐ 1 Aug 2019
" The bathroom was perfect for anyone with disabilities. It was modern and clean. I know advised the owners to be minimal on how much furniture to put in but I felt that was not such good advice. It needed a bit more "comfort n cosey" adding to the living room. But for a holiday home this accommodation really has great potential and the owners are new to it and have done an excellent job. We had a great week and no complaints, the bit about the comfort was just our opinion n in no way spoilt our time. Good luck to them as they've worked hard to make a great business. "

" The hosts were very friendly and helpful, recommending local places to eat and visit. The facilities were great, the kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfast and main meals if you wanted to. It was nice to find tea and coffee facilities and even fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived. Overall it is a lovely place to stay in a lovely part of the world. I would highly recommend staying here to explore South East Wales and beyond. "

" Hosts Carmen and Gwillym are welcoming and friendly. The location is stunning with lovely views from holiday let. The accomodation is lovely, with everything you should need. The parking and bathroom great for people with limited mobility like myself. Within easy reach of Usk, Chepstow and good roads to Cardiff, Portcawl etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return. Both of us can highly recommend this holiday let. "

" The property booking was held for a short time while we made up our minds and staff phoned us back exactly as promised. This is a beautiful part of the country and the cottage has great views. Good area for 'foodies', walkers and photographers. We were extremely comfortable and you can be sure of a very warm welcome from the owners who live on the site. "
    Mr O'dowd ‐ 1 Oct 2018
"The property is very well finished throughout with an excellent kitchen area and a superb walk-in shower in the bathroom. Its location is excellent for walking or cycling with the Brecon Beacons just 12 miles away, and excellent selection of restaurants, pubs and hotels nearby in Raglan and Usk. The owner is passionate about providing a top quality service and is keen to learn from guests how the facility can be further improved. The only thing we could think of was providing a cafetiere as we like good coffee. One general observation, broadband service in rural areas can be very intermittent, so if that service is important to you it would be worth checking it is operational before you go."

"A peaceful place to relax and unwind, yet a great village with pub, post office, shop etc only a short 2 mile drive away. The cottage is bijou and pretty, with every essential provided, everything was lovely and tastefully selected, no cheap tat here, the finishings were high end. ..."
