    Tenbury Wells Holiday Cottages

Tenbury Wells - a small picture-perfect market town known for its mineral water wells and orchards - is nestled in the Malvern Hills. With a tiny population, it's the ideal destination for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of big city life. The River Teme runs along this town and can be crossed using the Tenbury Bridge: a striking sixteenth-century piece of architecture.

You can also pick up useful walking guides and maps from here. Keen hikers can take on circular countryside walks or admire the beautiful, historic buildings by joining the Town Walk Trail.

What our customers say about their holidays

      The property is absolutely lovely.

We were unfortunate in that we arrived in the middle of horrendous floods, and were trapped in the property and local area for a few days, and it was big enough that nobody went stir crazy. There are plenty of books and games to keep the kids engaged and occupy your mind. TV connection is good. The kitchen is capable of feeding a house full of people, and the cooker is good. The heating clicks and bangs a little when it starts up in the morning. The only real downside is the connectivity. Mobile phone connection is quite poor, and inside the house is only available in a few tiny locations. Outside is better. WiFi connection is very slow and intermittent. Speedtest reported the download speed at 0.2 MBPS and upload at 7 MBPS at one point. If you are travelling to get internet connectivity you might want to rethink your plans. Outside the property, there are lots of attractions to visit, and the area is positively bristling with beautiful scenery. We plan to revisit some time soon when the weather is more favourable.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming holiday cottage!

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The cottage is cosy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need—well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living space, and the most peaceful bedroom. It’s clear that the hosts have thought of every detail to make it a perfect getaway. The location is absolutely ideal—surrounded by stunning views and nature, and even spent time relaxing in the lovely garden and hot tub which is an absolute bonus. What really made our stay special was the personal touch from the owners. They were so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed, offering great local recommendations and even leaving a little welcome hamper with some delicious treats! We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a peaceful, idyllic retreat.

This is a great location for the area, and let’s face it a very different place to stay.

Time of year for the location is key, soil tends to be clay and with so much rain many low areas are just bog or very slippy - nothing to do with the owners, just that weather! Property we liked - naturally with so many stairs not suitable if you're not able. There are some minor areas of improvements in the property and site but very minor and should put anyone off. Walks from the property especially the wood at the top of the hill down the valley I recommend. Many other walks in the area are good - but better when not so wet! There are many good stately homes to view nearby, any everyone in the area is friendly, but pub food serving days has been restricted in many local pubs - always best to call!

Our stay at Old Farm cottage was a delight.

The cottage was immaculately clean, equipped and had beautiful furnishings and decor that added to the cozy ambiance. The surroundings were stunning and made for some lovely walks with our dogs. The peaceful and tranquil setting made for a very relaxing getaway from the city. The amenities at the cottage were also top-notch, from a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, a cozy fireplace. The owners clearly put a lot of care and thought into making their cottage a perfect escape, and were super kind to us during our stay. I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet and rejuvenating retreat in a beautiful location. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay in a lovely, well-kept cottage.

We were greeted by the owners, Belinda and Mike, and their furry dog Ola.

The cottage is set within such beautiful & tranquil grounds surrounded by wonderful countryside. The hamper filled with home produce was an unexpected delight. The hot tub filled with natural spring water located next to the waterfall is an experience not to miss. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and furnished to a high standard being not too far from a choice of great pubs and farm shops catering for all needs providing you are able to negotiate plenty of steps, since the cottage is set over three levels. Having spent a week at Mill Cottage, we can understand why a return visit would be on the cards. L&T
