Sat across from picturesque fields is this beautiful property, Teal Cottage, a semi-detached bungalow situated on the outskirts of the town of Melton Mowbray. Perfectly suited for a couples break, or a reunion with friends, you will find this property is finished to a wonderful standard. Upon entering the bungalow, you will move past the cloakroom hosting a basin and WC, and into the open-plan living space; a lofty and light room, with high-quality furnishings and a beautifully fitted modern kitchen. Underfloor heating will warm you on a cold night, as well as the woodburning stove situated in the centre of the magnificent feature brick fireplace, as you nestle into the plush sofas in front of the TV, which benefits from Sky. There are two bedrooms to choose from, both doubles, and each having an en-suite bathroom. The only small observation is that the sofas arel low and deep so abit difficult to get out of for the older person.But it's a minor problem in the overall scheme of things and would certainly not deter us from returning.

The sofa was very deep which didnât suit us because weâre all quite short, but everything else about the accommodation was ideal. It is in a beautiful location and very quiet, overlooking fields. The garden is fully enclosed, so ideal for our dog who enjoyed pottering about out there. Everything you need is provided and was spotlessly clean. There is adequate parking for two cars if you need it and the owner, who lives in an adjacent property is lovely. The welcome pack was much appreciated.

Joy and Andrew were kind and thoughtful. Left treats for us and Coco our dog, Sit and look out of the French windows at the lovely views across the fields, Hares to watch, plus a gentleman flying his birds of pray, on near by field. In all a lovely relaxing Holiday and place to stay. thank you Both. Marg Barry Coco x
