What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Worcestershire To Rent.

"My daughter booked this house for all the family to join together to celebrate several post xmas birthdays that fall at the start of the year, she could not have picked a better venue ! We had the cottage for a week and wish it could of been longer, this cottage is a home from home, our party varied in age from 4 months through to 60, plus two lively dogs, and on arrival we were greeted by the owners husband who ensured that we were happy and had a supply of wood for the log burner, then left us to explore and enjoy discovering the excellent facilities. The house is spotlessly clean, but is not immaculate in condition, this is NOT a critizsim in any way, It feels lived in because you immediatly relax into holiday mode with no fear of a "don't touch this or that", nagging of the kids ! The large and I mean large kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Kitchen table is massive, the pictures on the site do not do it justice, The main living room is large and the log burner the focus of the room for us anyway, the owners are happy to supply further logs and kindling if needed. the snug with its second television proved useful for an escape if required. The bedrooms several of which are en-suite were comfortable with access to additional blankets etc if needed. Outside the gated garden was ideal for the dogs to release some of their energy, with plenty of parking space for all of us plus family who came to visit. The views were wonderful, when the weather allowed, Mid winter, what can you expect.the walks on the farm were enjoyable if muddy, as i said, Mid winter ! Further afield the picturesque town of Tenbury Wells is a friendly local shopping centre. We also visited several National Trust properties nearby. We have used several holiday cottages over the years and this one rates highly as one of our favourites and I am sure we will plan a revisit in the future."

"I booked the cottage for a gaming based stag do for 12 dudes, having had it recommended by my wife for her hen do and a friend who uses it every year for a week long 5 couples gaming holiday. So my expectations were very high as it had been sold as perfect for what we needed, and it was perfect. The kitchen was the main selling point, enough space for 12 people to sit and eat or play poker at the massive dinning table. Work space to prep a buffet for 20+ people in a few hours, apply equipment to cook three meals a day and keep tidy and clean. We are already planning a return next year just looking for an excuse"

"This property has restored my faith in holidays in this country. The cabin was homely, clean and luxurious, with everything needed for the stay. Outside was amazing, the decking was enormous with a selection of seating areas, and a great gas barbecue, we rarely sat inside. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the lovely town of Bewdley, but it felt like the middle of nowhere because it was so peaceful by the river. The steam railway was great to get to the town or explore further up the line. Would give this property 5 stars, and recommend to anyone for a comfortable and relaxing holiday."

"The property was well equipped with an amazing large kitchen table although an extra dishwasher would have been useful. It was clean but a little tired however this meant that we did not feel on edge with children and dogs in our party. The property did feel quite cold especially in the upstairs bedrooms but the wood burner in the lounge was a real high light with plenty of wood and kindling provided by the owners. The location was perfect for nearby Tenbury Well (5 minutes drive) and Ludlow (30 minute Drive). The Tally Ho pub was a 30 minute walk but along an unlit country lane with no pavements."

"S39293 is in a perfect setting. The cabin was very homely with wonderful views and was totally relaxing the minute you stepped through the door and beyond. It was so very peaceful. There were steam train rides practically on the doorstep and lots of walks around the area. A nice 30 minute stroll along the riverbank to the lovely town of Bewdley was enjoyable. Bewdley is a popular place with just about all the shops you need and plenty to see and do around and about this lovely place. Our family had a great week here and many thanks to the owner for the this last minute stay."
