What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Worcestershire To Rent.

"The cottage itself is clean and comfy with modern kitchen, bathroom, recliner sofa and Sky TV. We did want to put some pictures on the walls however! Would suggest local scenes of the area as this rarely offends anyone's taste! Some history of the cottage and the area would also have been interesting if included in the welcome information.I have deducted points as we did unfortunately have an ant infestation in the living area and whilst there was ant powder available, there wasn't a vacuum cleaner to clear up with, so this wasn't pleasant. I made a comment in the visitors book so hopefully by now the issue will have been resolved, but future guests may want to check this out with the caretaker before arrival. Otherwise the cottage would have scored nearer a ten. We did have a good week, however, despite this."

"Great cottage where we stayed with friends for a few Best days in February. Best equipped kitchen with working oven and good quality pans. Plenty of crockery, realistic for the number of guests the cottage accommodates. Be aware though, that if you have the under cupboard lights on, the bread in the bread bin will toast!Nice location, down a lane, with walks from the door, as well as the nearby Malvern hills; close to supermarkets in Malvern; nearby city of Worcester offers plenty of interest and entertainment. All in all very homely. Not as many games or puzzles as in some places, but plenty of books. Can't comment on the main tv as it didn't go on! Nor on local eating places as we cooked for ourselves. Would happily come here again."

"The cottage was all we expected and more, really comfortable. Our son and wife stayed with us for a couple of nights and we were still fine with the space. The only negative is that there is not a great deal of room on either side of the double bed so makes it difficult,we soon got used to it but it might be a problem for some people. It's in an excellent position-quiet and only a few minutes walk into the lovely town of Bewdley that's got everything you would need with shops, restaurants, pubs and river side walks. It was great for us that the trains on the SVR passed over the bridge just outside the cottage. One big bonus was the parking space for two cars."

"This property is full of charm and original features. Sadly the quality of the renovation is very poor. It does not feel as though it has been maintained for many years and smelt damp. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. The kitchen was poor and not easy to use. The attic bedrooms are very basic and small. They are not safe for small children due to the open staircase and are poorly furnished. The TV reception is abysmal although speaking to the locals, terrestrial TVis very poor in this areaIn summary, a lovely old property in desperate need of renovation."

"This cottage is so lovely and clean. Really warm and had all mod cons. Only downside is the're is only one single bed in other room so if you visit with 2 children bear this in mind. Our daughter (5) slept on our floor which she loved anyway but could be difficult with older children.there is a sofa bed in lounge but this would not have suited us. Perfect location for exploring bewdley and local area. 5min walk to town, lovely shops and pubs, park for kids. the best part was seeing the severn valley rrailway trains go past our window every day."
