"S123241 is gorgeous inside and out. Lizzie the owner met us when we arrived and was very helpful throughout our visit. We had a lovely welcome pack on arrival full of local produce including water, milk and juice in the fridge. Molten brown products were available in all bathrooms and plenty of cleaning products provided including washing powder, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. In fact Lizzie has thought of everything and you will not want for anything. The garden is lovely and peaceful with lots of lovely lighting at night including fairy lights in the trees which look amazing. Although the owners live above the apartment they are not at all intrusive but are on hand if you need anything. There is a well stocked shop 5 minutes walk away and a good pub with good food in the village about 15 mins walk. We would recommend the Yew Tree for excellent food in Odstock about 3 miles away. The apartment is very luxurious with high quality furnishings and I would highly recommend."

"S3968 is a charming and calm house with a restful atmosphere and spacious feel. Many thoughtful touches give a warm welcome. Malmesbury Main Street, with many good local shops, a Co-op Supermarket, eating places and pubs is 5 minutes walk away. We particularly enjoyed Amanda's Restaurant and Bistro which is dog friendly inside and out, and has a lovely garden complete with tame robins. The Abbey and the Abbey Gardens (of Naked Gardener fame) are at the top of the High Street. Clothes optional days available! The Malmesbury locals are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Westonbirt Arboretum (4 miles away) has free guided walks on Wednesdays and is well worth a visit, close by is the Jack Hare Pub with excellent food and the smartest public bar where dogs are allowed at lunch and evenings. There was plenty to see and do just around the town - a lovely riverside walk, a splendid park, we will be back !"

"I booked this property as part of my husband's 50th birthday celebrations. As we drove up toThe Old Stables my husband and children assumed only part of the building was for us - what a surprise when we realised it was all for us As always with Snaptrip we were thrilled with what we found when we opened the front door; a stunning property with every need thoroughly thought through. We had terrible weather but it didn't dampen our enjoyment and we did make some use of the garden Lacock is lovely, Bowood House is worth a visit - our children loved the dark caves/grotto All in all a perfect break and we would love to go back to The Old Stables- but with all the amazing properties Snaptrip has on offer it's always a tough choice! "The Luxury Woodland Pod was lovely. The bed was super comfortable as was the sofa. The TV was in a good position to be seen but not to take up space which is very limited. There is adequate crockery and cutlery for 4 people but only 1 saucepan and 1 very small frying pan, certainly not enough if you were 4 people and wanted to cook a meal, that said, I wouldn't actually recommend this accommodation for more than 2 as the space is so tight that you would really struggle with any more people in there, also because there are only 2 small windows it would be very very hot. The best part was the outside space, there is a nice sized verandah with a table and 4 chairs and a lovely and very welcoming hot tub."

"We had never previously stayed in this neck of the woods but thoroughly enjoyed the experience, made even better by a week of superb summer weather and excellent accommodation, perfectly placed for a short stroll to the town centre and local pubs. The house was just like home from home, very comfortable and equipped with everything you would need, including a very entertaining CD collection. Some good walking in the local area and interesting places to visit such as the National arboretum, Lacock abbey, Cotswold Water Park and Cricklade. One thing to bear in mind is that you can't park right outside the house. This didn't cause us any problems at all but if you're not so mobile it might."
