What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Upper Corris To Rent.
Mr Rolf Ruschemeier, Vlotho, Nordnhein Westfalen - verified booking
"We came as a family of four (parents and two adult daughters) to spend our Christmas days in S5255 and we had a very lovely time! It was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, cosy and just the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. The landscape is beautiful, although it is useful to have a car to be able to explore the area properly. We brought most of our supplies, but the little shop in the village was also surprisingly well-stocked and the next bigger supermarket is just a few miles away. We spent our last evening in the pub just a few hundred metres down the road and had a nice dinner and lots of fun. We would definitely recommend a stay at S5255 and maybe we will even come back one day!"
Mrs Holland, Guildford, Surrey - verified booking
"This beautiful house was everything we hoped for. The pool table and table tennis table were an instant hit with the teenagers whilst the adults appreciated the enormous kitchen/dining room and the various sitting areas. The beds were really comfortable and everything was decorated to a high standard. Whilst off the beaten track (pitch black at night with amazing bats circling outside) we were in easy reach of beautiful beaches and lots of activities. The fact that we had sunshine all week was an added and unexpected bonus but even if had rained we would have enjoyed our holiday."

"We had a lovely weekend. The cottage was great for a family of four plus dog. Warm, quiet, hot water etc etc all you ask for in a weekend holiday cottage was provided. Good communication from the owner. We would have wanted an enclosed garden and outside space if we were staying any longer for the dog and kids but the local area has some lovely places to walk. It is straight on to a main road, but the road was really never busy. Shops only a short drive. Would definately look to stay here again if we were returning to this part of Wales."
- Mr Cudworth, August 2016 - verified booking
"The owner says in his 'notes', "welcome to our quirky cottage". We think that understated the cottage. It's almost 400 years old and full of character. We loved the beams and the timber framing, and the inglenook fireplace in the main room and, yes, the floorboards upstairs are uneven - but isn't that that makes the cottage have character? All in all we thought it made a great place from which to explore that part of Wales and a comfortable, interesting, not to say, 'full of character' base to return to each evening."
Mr Richard Durrant, Bristol, Somerset - verified booking
"We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely property. It was very comfortable, clean and had amazing views from almost every room in the house. The location is great for walking (hills, mountains, lakes, standing stones, woods, beaches..) as well as for sight-seeing, particularly loved Portmerion. Last, but not least, Purple Moose..a wonderful selection of Ales."
