"Overall:We had a fantastic stay at S57465, we spent a lot of time enjoying the garden in the sunshine. It's so peaceful and calm. There is an abundance of wildlife, rabbits, birds, even a naughty mole leaving mole hills! We had our 18 month old toddler with us and he was perfectly safe at S57465. It is minutes from the beach, local towns and villages. My favourite element is the beautiful well established herb garden - it just demonstrates that the owners have really thought of everything to make your stay as perfect as possible!Comfort & Equipment:S57465 has everything you will need from corkscrews to cironella candles, a BBQ and plastic picnic ware. There are books, games, DVD's... the list goes on. Strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the property and garden. Enough for multiple devices to be connected. Very through welcome pack which details everything you will need to know about the property and local amenities. Extensive garden furniture to recline on and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. Beautifully laid out and furnished to a very high standard, with ample space for everyone. There is a baby gate if necessary and a great travel cot.Location:The location is just perfect for exploring the beautiful coastline, Wiseman's Bridge, Saundersfoot and Tenby are a short drive away. Easy to find and local roads are all well sign posted. When at S57465 you feel as if you are in the middle of the countryside, but perfect white sandy beaches are moments away. The best of both worlds.Cleanliness:The property was very clean throughout. The garden is well maintained. No complaints here either!Local Amenities:We would thoroughly recommend a trip to Narberth, a beautiful old-welsh type town. The butchers there, Andrew Rees & Son's Ltd sell the best sausages we have ever eaten -It is worth a trip from Kent to Narberth just for that! There is a very popular Fish and Chip shop in the local village of Kilgetty, again just minutes from S57465. There is a Co-Op in Kilgetty as well for essentials once you arrive.Value for Money:A break at S57465 represents great value for money. Everything you need is there or within a short distance. We will definitely be booking a return trip!"

"An unforgettable weekend at @S57465 01 May 2017The house was astonishingly beautiful! Great hose and great location. House was full of character, extremely well equipped in every corner and very comfortable with some very lovely touches. My 4 year daughter loved the outdoor space in spacious garden where she enjoyed watching rabbits and birds chitter chatter. Allen and Danial were great host & extremely helpful from the day we made the booking. On the day of arrival Allen personally greeted us and as we were running slightly late(40 mins) He kindly lit the fire and the house was warm and cozy when we walked in! There was also a welcome box full of marmalade, welsh cakes and greeting card for us.Me and my friends loved the music collection and enjoyed listening it near the fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped and could easily serve well for a large family of 10-15 people. The hygiene level in the house was 10/10.The game room was another go to place, it had a pS4 with latest games to enjoy and on one rainy day we enjoyed the PS4.Great host’s and lovely house, thanks for everything and it was an amazing stay.Raj Mohite"

"The location the cottage the homeliness of it all was lovely apart from the fact the WiFi and the heating and hot water didn’t work. The heating was hard to work and wasn’t working at all which effected our time in the hot tub as it was too coldTo come back into the cottage, the hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked it and didn’t get to use it as we liked to. Was meant to be under floor heating but didn’t feel any benfit by it It also made us uncomfortable we lit the cooker to get heat in the kitchen. Had three mobile numbers to call of the owners of there was problems only one answered, the man was lovely but he didn’t have a clue how to work the heating which was really unhelpful. He just said sorry. The hot water was a bit clicking has to fiddle about a lot with the monitor to get it working. Was really dissipointed as we paid good money to stay there and not as much as a slight refund or anything back. Was a lovely place just bad facilities when it came to the heating and water and WiFi :( was sad about it! :( :("

"Great area for exploring the sandy beaches of SW Wales. The staff at the hotel (who run the cottage) are very friendly. The cottage advert left us assuming the swimming pool was at the cottages - it isn't - it's over half a mile away down a lane I thought was unsafe to walk along due to it being so narrow and having no footpath. Once there the pool is lovely. In today's connected world I would have expected wifi and mobile connectivity as a must have, especially considering the overall price of the rental. A minor issue was the crockery and cutlery - looks like mismatched leftovers from the hotel. Again with the price being paid, I would have expected a nice matching set for the number of guests. There was a note left on the window sill telling us about the welcome nibble and tipple, nice touch except there was no tipple, only a pack of welshcakes. What could have been a nice touch backfired. The settees has seen better days and ought to b replaced. Overall it's a nice cottage and these minor issues will not stop me returning."

"My family and I had the most wonderful time at this beautiful house! Absolutely spotlessly clean, pure comfort, oozing warmth and tranquility. Spacious enough for all of us. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need.Allan, the owner greeted us at the property. He provided us with a very warm welcome as well as all the information we could possibly need for our stay. Very helpful. The beautiful and well kept garden was huge, packed with amazing shrubbery, plants, flowers, vegetable garden and a wildlife! My small grandson loved the open space to play in where he was safe and happy. There was an abundance of garden furniture and barbecue! We spent a lot of time in the garden. The location was excellent with beautiful beaches only a few miles away. We all particularly enjoyed Folly Farm, which isn't just a farm! Saundersfoot beach was amazing! We would have no hesitation in recommending S57465 and hope to be returning again next year! Thank you again Allan. Sarah and family"
