What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Swimming Pools In Kent To Rent.

"Our stay was beautiful. A few things however could of been better. Heating in the house. Some of the rooms particularly the bedrooms where on a timer, also the small room downstairs with the TV were cold. The heating in a house that size should not be on a timer. TV room was freezing. Heated Towel rails not working at all. Heating and Hot water shut down, due timer being wrongly set. The manager came round to fix it up. On arrival I think someone should of been there to show us through the house and show us where some of the lighting was. i.e. lighting above the fire place. Cleanliness of the house was OK, Sofa needs a clean, floors and carpets were not really cleaned enough. Found bits and pieces under the sofas. Xmas Tree was truly sad. I did ask whether or not you decorated the tree!!!Yes you did but truly thrown together would come to mind. Picture you actually send out re of Xmas tree very very misleading. Amenities in the home re kitchen tools excellent. Bed linen could of been warmer, No Blankets Just a sheet and a Doona which was lightweight. Perhaps a little bit of TLC is required to upgrade the house to a five star. Overall experience was a good one. Thank youSue, Fred, Alex, Elizabeth, Jason, Maxine and Leo and Jake,"

"I cannot fault Tanya for her welcome and the bungalow was just right for myself, daughter in law and granddaughter aged 2. It was beautifully equipped and very clean. The view was restful and heating efficient.Unfortunately the centre facilities were not up to standard with the main pool closed a lot and the showers cold at times. Eating was pricey for the basics and the whole restaurant area needs money spent on it. The saving grace for us was the small pool which was excellent and kept at 33 degrees. The staff were also trying to do their best. As the weather was awful we spent quite a lot of time in the pool. None of this is a reflection on the owners of the accommodation but those staying there should bear it in mind."

"lovely cottage and fabulous hosts, with everything we could need. Close to Ebbsfleet for a day trip to Brussels which was excellent, though I would recommend booking your tickets as far in advance as you can to get the best price, I paid £85 return for each of us, but have to say it was well worth it. To help getting around buy 24hr underground tickets when you get there as this lets you go all over the city. We would recommend getting the metro to Brosse and going to the Grand Place, include a visit to Hard Rock Café in the corner of the Place. Close to the A2 & M20 with so much to do in the area. Dover Castle is a definite recommend as are the war time tunnels, though be warned there is quite a bit of walking."

"This was a truly wonderful holiday for my family. The house was better than described. In the mornings we drove to different castles, beaches and many quaint little villages. The house was so convenient and a short drive to the attractions. The outlet centre in Ashford gave us lots of designer bargains, a real must for the serious shopper. The afternoons were spent by and in the pool. The local pub’s meals were truly value for money, with a extensive range of large meals. This holiday to us was 5 star plus. The house was very clean and spacious. The snooker room and table tennis rooms were great fun we had to drag the children out of there sometimes. Sorry I am gushing but we loved this holiday. July 2009."

"We were a family group ranging from 19 to 90 and other family members joined us for a tea party. The house accommodated us easily in spite of the rain. It was great fun to cook on an Aga, especially when we were allowed to use produce from the garden. The second toilet was invaluable. Sarah was a lovely 'host', very knowledgeable when we needed her. We took up her offer of a tour and it was really interesting to hear about the recent history of the site. The bungalow suited us perfectly and is a great location for days out in Canterbury (walkable), Margate, Romney Marsh etc."
