"I've been staying in cottages for many years and Claire's Cottage is my favourite so far. Despite being tiny it is light, comfortable, cosy and very well equipped with a pretty garden. It has been restored beautifully retaining nearly all the original and historic features and it's interesting to look at the album showing photos of the restoration. The location is excellent. You can walk into Hythe (if you have the energy to walk back up the hill) which is a historic little town of great character and there are plenty of interesting places to see in the Romney Marshes without having to go far. If you have a wet day use it to go to Dungeness on the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway! I have already recommended this cottage to a friend and I am sure I shall visit it again in the future."

"Thank you for the lovely welcome, really enjoyed the cream tea and for a wonderful holiday. The cottage is a real home from home, all the little details were covered. Restful décor and furnishings, very comfy bed. Communication very good and all queries answered quickly and small issue with the shower sorted immediately. So many lovely places to visit, spoilt for choice. Recommend Walmer Castle, Great Dixter gardens, Dymchurch beach, Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway and Deal. A lovely atmosphere at the opening of the Hythe Festival. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. A huge bonus is the beautiful garden, eating breakfast and evening meals outside and just pottering!' Thank you"

"Just a quick email to say how much we enjoyed staying at Well Cottage at the weekend. The property and surroundings were beautiful and you were the perfect host! We would love to return again in the future. When we left on Sunday we did the Jane Austen walk around Goodnestone and Chillenden which was from a map that Lynn gave us. It was really good, very well laid out footpaths etc with good instructions and we'd recommend it to future guests you have. Thank you, "

"What a fantastic week at Well Cottage!. Thank you for the warm welcome, chats and basket of goodies. The walk along the White Cliffs at Dover was incredible. Goodnestone and The Fitswalder Arms is worth a visit. Sittinghurst was amazing. Our dogs have loved the holiday too, chomping at the bit to zoom across the grass each morning, It would be lovely to make a return visit."

"Thank you for a comfy cosy well equipped home for the week, while we visited family nearby. We particularly loved cups of tea, looking out onto the pretty peaceful garden. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. The Lego exhibition at Novium Museum for kids was fab! and the pub on the corner lovely food and really nice and relaxed, classy beautiful pub."
