"A wonderful welcome awaited us at this beautiful Cottage with fresh flowers and a cream tea. This cottage is like a tardis and very tastefully decorated throughout. Dogs welcomed & have an enclosed safe area. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and the hot tub was a bonus. The cottage is situated down twisty Cornish narrow country lanes for single traffic and from time to time cut ins for vehicles to pass and its away from it all. Very quiet and relaxing and no noise of traffic. The cottage is set between Farm lands with sheep, hens and cockrals plus wild rabbits. The owners of the cottage are very friendly but don’t intrude on your holiday. The small village of St Just is about 10 -15 mins away where there are a few pubs were Dogs are welcomed plus fresh fish & chips, a bakery and a convenience store for any fresh provisions required. I fully recommend this cottage for anyone wanting a peaceful cottage away from it all and I would definitely return."

"My husband and I arrived to find mouldy windows, carpets and ceilings. Ceiling leaks from the roof flashings. Leaks from the shower unit causing dreadful stains on the bathroom skirting board. A stained bed sheet that was not replaced until day 4 of the holiday. A light fitting with no light bulb and a ceiling light with no lamp shade. A broken clothes airer and a sponge mop with hardly any sponge left on it, therefore useless. I have a number of photo images that I had to forward to the owner identifying the problems. The housekeeper had to visit the property five times during our two week holiday to address issues that could not be left until the end of our two week stay. The issues were totally unnaceptable and we would not stay at this property again. I am seriously considering putting details of the experience and photos on Trip advisor!"

"The cottage is a very good size, especially for 2 people. It was bigger than we thought from the description and photos. When you enter from the street there is a good sized living area, then there is a modern shower room and toilet and a very well-equipped and good-sized kitchen/diner. It made a pleasant change from many holiday rentals to have matching crockery and cutlery. Through the kitchen there is a 'sun room' so there are two separate sitting areas. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed and nice bed linen. The garden is fully enclosed and dog proof. The cottage is quiet. Would definitely recommend. Only possible issue could be parking close to the cottage at a busier time of year, but we visited in November and could always park close to the cottage."

"Trevenna is a lovely house, with amazing views. The kitchen/diner is a fantastic living space. The kitchen is very well equipped, with excellent dishwasher and fridge freezer. I went during school holidays, therefore it was a lot more expensive, hence I didn't feel it was great value for money, but at other times of the year it will be. The house has great walks on the doorstep, which is good for dogs. However, there is limited information in the house about where to walk. You do have to drive everywhere as there is nothing within walking distance. The town of St.Just is less than a 5 minute drive, and has a CoOp and bakers and butchers and chemist and pubs. It is a nice little village. Overall it is a lovely house, and if you get good weather it has nice outside space."

"We enjoyed a fabulous family holiday at S21366, a spotlessly clean and excellently equipped cottage! (The beds were possibly the most comfortable we had ever found)The location was ideal for exploring a beautiful part of the country by car or on foot to the spectacular views of Cape Corwall beyond St Just. The approach roads to the cottage are narrow, typical of this area, but we soon got used to this and didn't meet much traffic. The owner was immediately available to give us a few additional directions when we struggled to find the cottage on our first day.The only slight niggle was that the grandparents in our group found the lack of handrail on the staircase troublesome but overall the place was superb-thank you!"
