What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In St. David's And The Cathedral Close To Rent.
Mrs Sandra Brown - verified booking
"A wonderful cosy and beautifully renovated cottage, felt very comfortable there. Excellent location for shops, pubs, restaurants and the wonderful coastal path. S87554 is a beautifully renovated character cottage in St. David's. It is cosy and welcoming and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The location of the cottage is perfect for reaching all the amenities of this small city. Coffee shops, pubs and restaurants are all close by, as is the glorious coastal path. Walking the coastal path in either direction from St. David's is a must and nearby Solva, Tenby and Fishguard are all worth a visit. A wonderful relaxing week spent in this lovely area of Wales. Booking and contact with Powells Cottage Holidays was hassle free and we would not hesitate to book through this cottage company again. Thanks, we had a great time.. Sandra and Derek Brown The cottage was really lovely, one of the best we have stayed in. "

Great welcome pack. Pembroke Castle was a great day out. A boat trip from Tenby Harbour was also a holiday highlight.</span>"

"We picked this cottage as it was so near the coastal path, only half a mile walk away. Perfect area for walking this part of the path. The coastal scenery here is stunning. We loved the cottage, which was very reasonably priced and fully equipped with all we needed for a fantastic stay. It was also spotless, a credit to the caretaker. Trefin is a lovely village, very peaceful and friendly, with a pub and a cafe for eating out. If eating in the cottage or taking out picnics, as we did, it would be best to buy your supplies before arriving, as there is only a small Spar attached to a garage about a mile away in the village of Square and Compass. We would not hesitate to stay at this beautiful cottage again."

"We were disappointed that as it was a dog friendly cottage there was no secure garden for the dogs. This meant getting up and dressed to walk the dogs at 6.30am. not what we wanted on a holiday. The property was not really big enough for 4 people even 2 adults and 2 children had not enough comfortable seating, or storage space. The furniture and beds were rather tired and the bedroom lamps had mildew round the bottom of the shades. Owner was very pleasant and helpful when the boiler was not working ( actually it was only switched off) easily rectified. The local pub was very good, friendly staff and good food. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and plenty of walks to enjoy."

"Lovely house. Great garden for dogs. The only bad poinrs was there was no smart tv and the DVD player kept sticking whilst trying to watch a film. The house was clean but the mould in between the tiles In the en suite shower needs to be sorted over than that it was spotless. It is a lovely house. Both the front and back door were quite difficult to lock and need adjusting also the red radio we could not get a signal so we bought one and left it there for others to use. The Indian down the road was nice and the bench ice cream parlour was amazing. Saint David's is a pretty area and friendly people."
