What our customers are saying about our Self Catering Holidays In Wales.
Nada from Saudi Arabia - verified booking
"<strong>Best of Wales is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.</strong> Gareth was very welcoming and helpful as well as Louise who perfectly cleaned the house and opened its door when our keys were, by mistake, forgotten inside the house! The property was new, very clean, tidy and cosy. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped and bathrooms were provided with hand-wash. The furniture (beds & sofas) were new and comfortable. In general, It's stylish and spotless and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. Would definitely recommend it and book it again!<br /> Recommends visitng: Cardiff city centre, Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Bay"

"Detached and very roomy. We received a very friendly welcome from the owners. There was plenty of rooms and space for all to do their own thing or relax together, and there was lots to do with all mod cons included. A nice games room with a good pool/snooker table etc. The shops and supermarket were a very short distance away, as is Holyhead town centre. Some nice sights to see - the pub life in Holyhead is friendly and warming. Overall we had a great relaxing time and hope to return again soon."

"We enjoyed our stay & Ian the owner was very helpful. A few constructive improvement suggestions, bearing in mind this is a new holiday let; - A folder of information for guests would be useful, including house instructions & visitor information - A bath mat & a supply of soap would be nice in the bathroom - A mop & bucket and dustpan & brush would help keep the cottage clean - A clothes airer / dryer or washing line would come in handy - A cutlery tray to replace the cutlery bag"

"The cottage was lovely and very clean but was disappointed with the lounge furniture, could do with being upgraded. Was not worried that it didn’t have WiFi but was unhappy that we didn’t have any net work for our mobile phones as you are totally reliant on phones being out so far in the country. I think it should be stated in the Cottage details what net works are available. I was disappointed that there wasn’t any information or maps on local walks from the cottage."
