"First, I must say the owner of property is friendly and helpful. He provided a welcome basket of bread and butter when we arrived there. The cottage was clean, cosy, comfortable and the kitchen has all the white goods and electric cooker for guests to use. Mobile network signal was bad (hopeless) but wifi was good during our one week stay. We could watch movie, no problem. But the location of this cottage is in farming area several miles away from Wadbridge. B roads to the cottage is just wide enough for one car and there is problem if there is oncoming car; either driver must reverse to find a passing place to let the other car going through. The road is not straight and there are turns so it is dangerous to drive particularly at high speed up to 60 miles per hour which is signposted. I had had two experiences with oncoming cars. After going through B roads, the next challenge was to drive down a sloping downward track for just less than a mile to the cottage. The width of the track is just wide enough for one car and again if there is oncoming car you got stuck and you must reverse backward. If you are an adventurous person and want to test your driving skills, then I would recommend it otherwise I would suggest to find somewhere to avoid these roads and track."

"The owners were away, so we were greeted by another couple who were looking after things. We received a “welcome pack”, which consisted of a few basics including milk, tea, butter etc. Very nice, but at the same time a little disappointing when reading the visitors’ book, and finding that previous guests had enthused about the freshly baked bread and fresh eggs! Also not included was the advertised initial fuel for the wood burning stove. One of the reasons for choosing The Dairy was the advertised “Shared access to 2½ acres of paddock and woodland”. Perfect for letting the dogs have a run, I thought. When asking how to access this, we were told that they weren’t sure, and that we should keep the dogs on a lead anyway, as there is an elderly cat. Never did find this paddock and woodland! Although there is wifi at the cottage, the signal is intermittent. Mobile phone coverage is non-existent unless you want to hike to the top of the hill behind the owners’ property, after first negotiating the car parked at the entranceway to this area, leaving very little room to pass. Not pleasant on wet days! The cottage itself was comfortable and clean, with plenty of equipment in the kitchen."

"on arriving we could not get into the key lock but once we figured it out it was fine a beautiful house the 2 main bedrooms were brill beds so comfy the jacuzzi bath realy nice wen we worked how to turn it on outside the bathroom the only thing is you can not have 2 showers going at the same time one person has to wait the downstairs sofa really need replacing and did not have the swivel chair in the photos i would say its time to replace the appliances they are looking old especially the dishwasher 5 adults were in our party and we did not find it cramped or no privacy at all very well laid out we did not get to use the garden as it was constantly in the shade and we were out most days to be fair good location for a base to explore we would all stay in the house again the little touches are great the linen was changed on the sataday and the other houses in the little close we not once see or heard anything from them was fine we did go to the local pub but we found it rubbish a pub with nothing my husband could drink and food all tho it looked good was not would definatly not visit it again the local shop in the village however was great well stocked convienient"

"Tremill Lodge is a really nice annex on the side of an adjoining B&B. My wife and I were looking for a comfortable place to spend our honeymoon in Cornwall which was child friendly for our 6 month old daughter and Tremill Lodge was the right choice. The owners were lovely and left us to our own devices, you hardly felt like you were staying in an annex but in a holiday cottage of its own. All three of us enjoyed our stay and Tremill Lodge is idealy situated at the top of Wadebridge high street so ideal to visit the shops. Wadebridge is slap bang in the middle of Cornwall and makes an ideal base for exploring. Would really come back and stay here again and heartily recommend others to do so."

"The apartment was so smart, very clean with everything we needed. The location was great - just a couple of minutes walk to the lovely town of Wadebridge, which had a Co-op, bakers, greengrocers, wine-shop and nice tea rooms. The rooms were much roomier than we expected, which was great, giving us all plenty of space. The cute balcony was perfect for eating breakfast in the morning sunshine, whilst watching the ducks and swans on the river. Ideally based for driving around and exploring Cornwall, and situated about two minutes away from the Camel Trail for cycling. The only issue is that the underground parking space provided was very tight to negotiate."
