"- busy road very near the property should have been mentioned, is not really quiet as one should expect, - same for the fact that the apartment is on the first floor - very often there is a sewer smell in the area of the property - kitchen is poorly equipped, not the equipment one should expect of a kitchen for 8 people - very small refrigerator, no freezer (owner tried to repair the freezer door with tape) - very small oven, no microwave - leaking kitchen sink - football field had grass of almost a foot high, so couldn't be played on, owner had no possibility to mow - toilet and shower are app 20 cm from each other, only a small child can sit on it -two toilets in the apartment can only be reached through the bedrooms - 4th bedroom is only for small children and can only be reached through one on the other bedrooms - no dishwasher - no washing machine on the property Area and the appearance of the property is ok, nice, old and traditional style building, there are just too many (sometimes small) defects and deficiencies to measure this as good value for money. I did not expect this from an organisation like Belvilla. Owner is kind an helpful, spacious living room and kitchen, nice swimming pool and pool area."

"A few days before our departure, we get the message that the cottage "orzo" because of overbooking is full. We get it - despite our reservations 6 months in advance for "orzo" - another alternative (La Caprareccia) offered by Belvilla. Initially the offer seems fine. Indeed, we find plenty of peace and privacy, and it guarantees that this will certainly be the case. Arriving at our "vacation" seem quiet and privacy afar. The "house" is very sloppy, no hot water, everything is broken, we have only one pot and we sleep with our 3 children together in a room which additionally also serves as a kitchen / living room, loose electricity, too ... to mention. In the pool daily as "n 100 guests swim in the region. The owner of the" out house "shows that we are upset and find it necessary to other Italian guests to embarrass us. We decide just down to the cottage" Orzo "to watch. This cottage is indeed what we expect from a holiday. After 2 days calls, annoy, to find a solution ... we finally return back home. 1,500 kilometers driven for two days of misery. Children (8y , 6j and 1j) are pleased to be allowed to go home. Onz back after 2 days"

"We have had two wonderful weeks (mid-July 2008). Swimming is ideal for children, well organized, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests on the estate. Apartment deserves three stars we find. Only downside was the bed in the living room. This was not acceptable to sleep. Session of the bank is so thin that you spiral of bank and all screws through it feels. Bed linen and towels fine, lovely that it was after a week several times a week. Reception friendly and welcoming, truly Italian. We found the surroundings beautiful, rolling hills of Tuscany, such as, but not cypress and olive trees, but also rugged mountains, gorges and very green and quiet. You get there few tourists and the ones you will find are mostly Dutch. Great for hiking or day trips by car. Beautiful old towns, castles, palazzos' s. Sights on at least an hour drive. 1 x per week music / dance (Pizza, watermelon party), great fun for the kids, but we found not really fit with the accomodation. Nevertheless, it was yet cozy evenings, partly due to the enthusiasm of the musician and hostess Elize. We recommend so warmly."

"This is a real holiday, la dolce vita. We have here two weeks ope ne summit to enjoy. The house is beautiful with great attention to detail and the garden, pool and location are unmatched. And then there's the owner Ivo ...... and a more than fantastic host, you've got a real friend. We will evenings cooking together with him again vergeten.De location of the house has a lot of possibilities for excursions in all directions. The people are very friendly and Acqualagna especially open. We speak italian reasonable and that is greatly appreciated, we gained many spontaneous conversations may voeren.Het life for Dutch also relatively inexpensive. Our daughter 9 has a really good time with the neighbor kids, the kids have all the space and especially the pool is fantastic. Ivo makes the pool then every day schoon.Naast Ivo you get free 2 more friends in, namely Stella Luna and the two dogs, real darlings, we miss them now erg.Verder there are many positive things to name but we do not because everyone wants this house boeken.Fam L. "Our cottage was beautifully situated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is spacious and cool. The only real downside is the beds, which are somewhat outdated. The landlady is very friendly and will offer a weekly homemade lasagna, gnocchi or other goodies. She speaks a little French, but her son speaks English very well. The pool is phenomenally beautiful location and sun loungers and parasols make the water fun complete. The region is also particularly interesting toppers like San Marino, Urbino, San Leo, the Frassassi Caves, the cable car of Frontone, Pesaro, Gradara all located within a radius of 100 km. The Marche is certainly as beautiful as Tuscany, but much less touristy and therefore much more pleasant and friendly. Cagli The village itself has a lot to offer, provided some lobbying you even get a private tour by one of the tourist employees. We have a fantastic vacation behind us!"
