"We have just returned from a break at Goscar Court. I would agree with some of the other reviews on this property. The location cannot be faulted with gorgeous views of the harbour and North Beach and within a few yards walk of pubs and restaurants. The standard of cleanliness in the property, however, is awful. There was lots of dust behind the furniture (I sneezed all week), the cushions and settee / chair coverings are stained and dirty and it had a musty unclean smell all week. We wanted to use the single beds (the double bed is the smallest double I have ever seen) but it was impossible to lie on them without the slats falling through. We had to pull the mattress into the lounge every night in order to sleep comfortably! The shower didn't drain so you were paddling about in water for the duration and the blind in the second bedroom was broken. My advice would be to avoid unless you're absolutely not bothered about the standard of accommodation and just want the view and location. For what you pay for this apartment (not cheap) I expected cleanliness and a bed that could be slept in as a minimum! Disappointed. "

"We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Hannah’s Cottage. It‘s very cosy, fully equipped, has a welcoming & charming atmosphere and - in our opinion - an ideal balance of modernity & country cottage flair, with a personal touch. The bathrooms are both very modern & freshly refurbished. The Master Bathroom upstairs has a quite low headroom, so you can only shower sitting in the bathtub. The second, much smaller bathroom downstairs has a toilet & a fully equipped shower cubicle and is placed in the facility room next to the entrance door. We had no problem with this whatsoever and used both facilities. The cottage has parking space on the premises and is situated in a quiet corner of (the already serene) St Florence - which suited us perfectly. The small village is very charming, has two good pubs (both can be reached by foot - nice evening stroll!) and ideal for exploring the many surrounding sights & places of Pembrokeshire by car & foot, especially the beautiful & vibrant town of Tenby. Tanya & Wayne were friendly, unobtrusive & helpful, and we would definitely stay again again at Hannah’s Cottage."

"We had a very relaxing stay at this lovely cottage. It was easy to find and it is in a great location for a relaxing, quiet holiday in easy reach of beaches, castles and parks. I guess it has been recently refurbished as the kitchen and shower room are lovely, with most basic essentials provided. Just don't forget your towels and oven glove! The garden is very big with plenty of room for the kids to race about, but be aware that there are 3 mounds of stones in the garden which we had to discourage our 3 & 5 year olds from climbing on. The beds were very comfy and the conservatory is fantastically light with views of the sunset. We had short drives to Tenby and Saundersfoot beaches. There are supermarkets nearby at Pembroke Dock and Kilgetty. Picton Castle was a fantastic discovery on a cool day, and the kids loved Dinosaur World and Folly Farm. Even the drive to St. David's (via Solva - favourite place!) wasn't too far for a day trip. All in all a great location for visiting Pembrokeshire and a lovely little cottage that we plan to return to!"

"Myself, Wife and two small boys aged 4 & 6 stayed here for a week. We wanted somewhere central we could access the fabulous beaches in the area. The school house is located in the centre of Pembroke, thus we could walk to all amenities and get shopping as we needed. The boys loved the Castle in Pembroke, well worth a visit, and there are great walks in the area, and plenty of places to grab a bite. The property itself was clean, spacious and perfect for a family. The originally wooden floors and the ample garden also contribute to this being a quirky and fun place to stay for a week. We did use the BBQ, one night and ate outside. There are several beaches nearby, the quality of which was a good as anywhere in the UK, absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this as a place to stay for families with younger children, who want practicality with some stunning beaches, all within a short drive."

"We had a great holiday in The School House, it is in a perfect location for exploring all the amazing beaches in that part of Pembrokeshire. The welcome pack was a lovely extra. Having its own garden in the middle of town was also a bonus as well as the park which was only a few minutes walk away. We loved being able to walk to shops (something we can't do at home). The decor was modern and made a change from some of the bland places we've been before. It was all a very good experience, I would only make a few comments about some of the things that were missing; cafetière, 6 chairs (it sleeps 6 but there are only 4 chairs around a small table) likewise only 4 table mats. Some of the cooking utensils were not very good either. These are only small complaints and if you're planning to eat out a lot it will make no difference but if you like coffee, take your own coffee making equipment!"
