"Nice touches were the provision of a Nespresso machine and a generous supply of capsules and teabags. To finish it off a pint of milk in the fridge would have been perfection! We stay in many rental houses and cottages and it is always hit and miss but this one was definitely a hit. The owners are generous with their provision of basics including oil and vinegar and salt and pepper for cooking. They also make sure you have enough dishwasher tablets and include toilet paper and kitchen towel which many places just don't do. The location is lovely - a car is essential to get around but it is really close to Port Isaac and Rock and Polzeath. The house itself is warm and cosy with a sweet kitchen with everything you need to cook and a little log burner for warmth on those cold evenings. The house is heated by electric radiators which were very effective. We were a family of 4 plus 1 small dog and had a most enjoyable week!"

"The cottage was no as advertised. It stated it had a washing machine and it didn't. This has been removed. The website also advertised it as having a large garden and pond which is untrue as the photos of the garden are part of the owners garden which you do not have unlimited access to. You have to ask for permission to use the garden. The cottage was also full of spiders, I appreciate that there will be spiders but I would expect them to be removed before we arrive. The cottage it's self was fine. A better quality fan would be good as it becomes extremely hot in there. I believe the way this cottage is being advertised needs to be changed. I do give credit to Polly and Marc when the kettle blew up they were quick to make amends for this."

"Stayed at Langdon Holiday Cottages a few times now. Four lovely cottages, each different... small well equipped shop and laundry, shared outside covered area for sitting enjoying a drink/game with your neighbours or each cottage has its own little outside area. Hosts are very friendly and happy to help with anything. They have four lovely friendly dogs but don’t worry if you’re wary, they’re not loose. A great base for exploring Cornwall.Absolutely loved our little cosy cottage. Everything was thought of and it made our stay so comfortable. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Will definetly return for another stay."

"Stunning location, very obliging managers, close to everything we wanted to see. After travelling 360 miles to get there we didn't want to be driving for hours each day. On two days we drove only as far as Liskeard Railway Station and back to Rosecraddoc in the evening. We were handy for Bodmin Moor and also the coastal villages of Looe and Polperro. The narrow lanes took a bit of getting used to but it was worth it. At Rosecraddoc we enjoyed several evening walks around the Lake and grounds, including a visit to their very own tavern. As stated, a stunning location, approachable and responsive management. Brilliant."

"A very comfortable country style cottage well appointed with all amenities set within 10 acres of land. Very quiet and secluded location ideal for a get away from it all holiday. Access is a little restricted as it's down a very narrow single track lane but is not a problem providing you're not a nervous driver.Very friendly and helpful owners who live in the attached house. The cottage's location, close to the village of St. Neot, is very central for access to all parts of Cornwall."
