"We cannot praise Little Falls enough. It was spotlessly clean throughout.Everything you could possibly need or want was provided. Kitchen immaculate, well equipped with everything of excellent quality.Washer/dryer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher perfectly clean and easy to use (can't understand previous reviewer saying dishwasher was inaccessible, it is next to the kitchen sink, just where you'd expect it to be). Everything was provided; dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, cleaning products for kitchen and bathroom.Every room is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bedroom and bathroom are stunning. There's a room to hang your clothes. A hoover, ironing board & iron, clothes airer, fan heater, binoculars and an umbrella, everything you would have at home.On arrival there was a lovely welcome basket, a bag of logs for the log burner, bottle of wine..... The cottage is secure behind double gates, hard standing leads to a beautiful garden that runs down to a river, where you could sit on the seat for hours, it's so peaceful. About 100m from the cottage, along a footpath are the prettiest water falls I've ever seen in the UK. Moss covered rocks, a wooden bridge, fast moving water, it's truely idylic. We didn't expect endless sunshine, but it didn't rain every day and when it did, you just had to drive a few miles to the coast and the weather would clear.Portmeiron, Llandudno are well worth a vist. Bedgellert was very pretty. Zip world is a must., I'm terrified of heights but loved it.We've stayed in many cottages all over UK but Little Falls stands head and shoulders above all the others. The owners are friendly and more than happy to answer any questions. Karen is nearby if you need her.Loved Wales, the people are friendly and welcoming. God willing we'll be staying at Little Falls again. We enjoyed every minute there."

"This cottage is surprisingly spacious for a terraced valley property. It is very well equipped (other than a dishwasher) with wifi, smart tv, dvd instant hot water etc. The sofas are serviceable but are old and rather uncomfortable and the beds are no better than OK. The location is good for most of the North Wales attractions but has the usual valley limitation that you have to travel along the valley (in this case North or South) to go anywhere. Coming from South East England we found the house wonderfully quiet at night. It was a good base and served its purpose very well."

"this is a delightful cottage in a beautiful valley, it was quite qwerky in an unusual way! at first glance it didn't appear to have a dining table and chairs although there was a small table in a corner with two stools. The access lane was accessible although quite narrow, we had no difficulty but a large vehicle might not be so fortunate.I am short in stature and the position of the key lock gave me a little difficulty.the cottage is very well equipped and the welcome pack was gratefully received.Wouldn't hesitate to stay in this cottage in the future."

"Wonderfully well equipped and comfortable. Nice and private, with lovely open views at rear. There was a lovely welcome, with wine and welsh cakes, which set the tone for a happy week in complete and spacious comfort. We enjoyed the peaceful views of the dunes, Llyn peninsula and sunsets and loved being 10-minutes cycle ride from the beach but also in easy reach of scenic walks and bike-rides in the hills. Harlech Castle was also an interesting and fun visit. Excellent holiday home."

"Beautiful peacefull location, sharing the valley and garden with sheep. Owner was very welcoming. Large and well-equipped, although just one bathroom was a challenge at times and need to use the bottom shelf of the range unless you like carbon. We soon grew to love the approach road - less than ten minutes from main roads but felt excitingly isolated. Easy enough to escape to sunshine on the Llyn Peninsular when it was cloudy in the mountains."
