"We were with 13 people (friends, partly couples) in both sections of the house. Two of my friends had arrived a little earlier and were received in a friendly manner and were allowed even without me as a booker to the house, where I arrived a short time later. The house handover had lasted a bit because of the number of rooms, but overall was handled relatively quickly. The accommodation was very clean, there was almost no dust. Laura even found it unpleasant that a lightbulb did not work, which she replaced the very next day. In the apartment are great large fireplaces, but we had not used because of the good weather. Also the lounge was big enough, but most of the time we were outside at the big table anyway. There you could have breakfast together very well and sit outside in the evening. The pool was big and great and was used by us. Every day someone came to clean the pool. Also the view from the garden from the pool was fabulous over the adjoining valley and could come up with great sunsets. Grilling was also good, we were allowed to get our own wood from the garden. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the village of Ghizzano, where the Tenuta di Ghizzano with a really nice old wine cellar is located. Here you can taste wine for 15 euros and then purchase. In the immediate vicinity (about 15 minutes drive) are several Agriturismos, where you can eat great, esp. The Diacceroni is highly recommended! It takes about 30 minutes to get to Volterra and San Gimignano, 45-60 minutes to Pisa, Florence and Lucca, although the latter is really beautiful. All in all a very eventful stay and highly recommended."

"We arrived late on Saturday evening. The key to the house we could pick up at a restaurant. Here we got from the owner, Francesca, pizza and drinks before we went to the house. That started well! At the cottage she led us around and explained everything. The road there was bad, especially if you're not used to it. Am glad we had a rental car, and not our own car. If you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. We actually had all the time the pool for ourselves, because the other guests were sitting at their cottage or a day away, in combination with views over the and the lovely sun, really let us enjoy.Plus points- Wonderfully quiet.- Beautiful beds by the pool.- Pool for ourselves.- Nice back 2 basic.- "A beautiful clear sky evening. -The owner is very friendly , the restaurant of the family (Belvedere) is also a aanrader.A few hiccups - When booking was mentioned that there would be an oven / microwave, which was not. (in the other house, we had "Pino") - Many flies and wasps at the pool.- Lots of vermin in the house (small cockroaches and beetles). - Many stray cats! When we were eating outside the house, eight cats were sitting right next to us, who could not be chased away. Very annoying if you do not like cats. - The shower head was dated, the water was blowing in all directions. Also the hot water was quickly up and the shower became cold.- We wanted clean towels, which cost 10 euros per person."

"The site itself looks very neat. Magnificent views of the bay of Sistiana and the nearby places Trieste and Udine are gorgeous. The Rilke trail running is also very nice and the castles in the area are a recommended. The new pool was very nice and comfortable - only getting the "fight "to get a bed is a disaster. Dutch holding a towel to as "a bed throw and then come back until three hours later is very irritant.Het is a pebble beach the beach - we found something less prettig.Het restaurant on site is poor Very slow service and very unfriendly staff it.. sign was just gegooid.Bij on the table ordering a pizza with vegetables, I was told that was not possible because there were no vegetables ....... caravan with air conditioning (thankfully!!) is a bit too small 4 people, but is very clean and nice (with 2 wc 's and 2 sinks also called best luxury). Unfortunately, there is absolutely no papers available on the campsite, so read a newspaper at breakfast is not in there. There are newspapers available in the village, but then they have only four Dutch newspapers every day - or the day zelf.Soms to "evening unfortunately leaves a lot of loud music, but the caravans are very sounds"

"We are neatly taken care of and taken to our apartment. This was very basic but in order on what kitchen stuff after (things like bowls, mugs, spatulas we have later bought themselves) Apartments are very noisy so if you have people above you who get up early and like to shove chairs then that is a point. What was the biggest annoyance, however, was the fact that the owner locked his dog on the premises. The bark barks all day long ..... You are woken up between 7 and 8 in the morning and it continues until at least 2300. Even after complaining about this, nothing is done about it, I did the 3 weeks we were there many times seen that guests were disturbed, but it just went on.This is for me the main reason, despite the beautiful surroundings and the friendly people in that region never to go back to this location and certainly will not recommend friends and acquaintances."

"The Villa Magnolia in Maser is a beautifully preserved 300 year old Italian villa. The current owners have already owned the villa and the estate for over 200 years. The current residents live on the estate, but no longer in the villa. It is now fully available, including the old decor, for the guests The villa is set on a estate with its own vineyards. The large garden including swimming pool may be used by the guests. A beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings. Maser (Crespignaga) is at the foot of the Dolomites, about 60 km North of Venice. Nearby are beautiful old towns, which are worth the visit. Venice is easily reached by car and by train. In addition, the Dolomites are close by, for those who want to enjoy the mountains. Shortly, a beautiful old villa in beautiful surroundings with friendly owners who do their utmost to make the stay as pleasant as possible."
