"We arrived late at the cottage at 23.30. We had indicated in advance around 23.00. It was nice that an exception could be made for this and that the owner wanted to wait for us so late. The accommodation is authentic and atmospheric with two floors. On the ground floor there is one room with living room and kitchen in one. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom. It looks clean and tidy. Below it is not very light through the smaller windows, but it is quite pleasant in summer to keep the heat outdoors. As a drawback to the house, I can call two things, the hard beds (though that was very fast) and the shower was moderate. But definitely worth a visit. The proprietor Frederique and her mother Rita are working hard to make the most of it. From Rita we received delicious food, from pasta, bruschetta, meatloaf to cake every day. That was very thoughtful. The garden is beautiful and very well looked after with a great view of the area. The view is really breathtaking. The pool looked clean and looked after, but as it was unheated, we did not really use it. There is a BBQ available and there is also a play area for children with swings, table football and table tennis. The surroundings are also fantastic, both scenic and beautiful old towns, Todi, Orvieto, Assisi. A great base for seeing things. Rome is less than 2 hours away."

"We are neatly taken care of and taken to our apartment. This was very basic but in order on what kitchen stuff after (things like bowls, mugs, spatulas we have later bought themselves) Apartments are very noisy so if you have people above you who get up early and like to shove chairs then that is a point. What was the biggest annoyance, however, was the fact that the owner locked his dog on the premises. The bark barks all day long ..... You are woken up between 7 and 8 in the morning and it continues until at least 2300. Even after complaining about this, nothing is done about it, I did the 3 weeks we were there many times seen that guests were disturbed, but it just went on.This is for me the main reason, despite the beautiful surroundings and the friendly people in that region never to go back to this location and certainly will not recommend friends and acquaintances."

"The property is surrounded by the greenery of the Umbrian countryside, not far from the medieval town of Todi. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and is centrally located to many attractions such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Montefalco and Spoleto (all about 45 minutes drive). The managers (Frederique and her mother) are very friendly and helpful. Almost every day a homemade, tasty pasta, salad or cake was brought. Delicious! In short, we enjoyed it, it was a wonderful holiday."

"Friendly welcome and information.Mooi, large and practical apartment in a beautiful wooded area close to the sea.Fitted with all comfort.Minpunt less suitable to rent in the winter period. Not really warm despite the CV, luckily there is a fireplace."

"The area is full of beautiful nature and small old-fashioned villages. Do not expect people who understand or speak English. Do not expect good roads. Do not expect variety in the restaurants."
