"Stayed here for a week a family of 6. Plenty of room in the accommodation and the 3 bathrooms a plus. The cottage is tired and in need of a good amount of tlc especially the downstairs. The whole place was/is dusty and a good clean would not be unwelcome. The hot tub was a very nice touch but set in a "courtyard" of weeds and cigarette ends and what appears to be a derelict building attached to it. The sauna is on the front of the property down some steps and looks as though it is in someone else's backyard "not that private". The friendly dog that lives next door is indeed friendly so much so that he leaves you presents all around the seating at the front of the property. We did have a good holiday but fortunately the weather was good so we didn't spend all our time inside. This is just our opinion from our stay and others have written glowing reports but for a property costing what this did then we expected more"

"The cottage is set back from the road, so therefore it is nice and private with lovely views in every direction. On arrival we were greeted with a nice bouquet of flowers and a cake, milk in the fridge and tea and coffee in the cupboard. The garden is very pretty and there is plenty of seating and space for outdoor entertainment. The new summerhouse is perfect for enjoying a barbecue whilst looking out to sea. Our teenage boys enjoyed the space in the adjoining paddock to throw their frisbee or football whilst exchanging greetings with the neighbouring sheep and pheasants. The beach and coastal path is just a short walk down the road. Its only a half hour drive to the other side of Anglesey where you can visit numerous tourist attractions. We were fortunate enough to meet the owner on a couple of occasions and she was very helpful and pleasant."

"We had strong winds while we were there which revealed just how drafty the place was. So although the heating was on it was quite cold upstairs - especially in the bathroom - when the wind was blowing. The walls are thin so you hear people from next door. The kitchen floor was not clean. The sitting room is comfortable and has lovely views.Couldn't get the downstairs TV to work.We could not use the backdoor because it was broken and had not been repaired. I rang on the evening we arrived to ask for the back door key. The call was returned next day, to say the key had been hidden so we couldn't attempt to open the door. There was no note to explain the situation.I am sure we would have enjoyed it more in better weather - though we wouldn't have been able to use the garden."

"We have walked past the cottage for many years and couldn't believe our luck when it became available to rent. It lived up to expectations. The drive in going past the windmill and granary is lovely before you even reach the house. Then the view of the sea while being all cosy in the cottage was so nice. We had the most wonderful walking holiday and didn't want to go home. The owner was really friendly and helpful and the cottage was always warm, even without the log fire being lit. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could need. Our dog also enjoyed herself and loved having a mooch round the huge garden which if you closed the gate was enclosed and safe. Can't fault the cottage at all and would highly recommend."

"Absolutely lovely bungalow spotlessly clean and cosy, seaviews from all windows hedges could be cut back a little to provide a better view when sitting down on sofa but it's incredibly light and airy with large expanse of sky to look at and ever changing.Paddock was a real blessing as was the summerhouse so many different seating arrangements around the garden your spoilt for choice.the owner met us on arrival and was very helpful and friendly made a lemon drizzle cake and nice welcome pack, even provided slow cooker that was used all the time.our golden retriever Chessie really enjoyed her stay and we hope to return soon would definitely recommend to family and friends thank you 😊"
