What our customers are saying about our Self Catering Holidays In Cotswolds.

"We came in the back door via the conservatory this had 2 barrel chairs and 2 director chairs not really comfortable for sitting in during an evening to watch the night come in. We moved into the well stocked kitchen that had all the items necessary to prepare a meal. It has a large table and a sofa, can only think it ha the scruffy covers to protect it but still curious as gives the impression of tatty. Again nowhere comfortable to sit, 2 on the sofa and the others on the dining chairs. Upstairs we had the lounge, should have taken some dvds to watch but even that would not have been in comfort as there was just the sofa bed and again 2 barrel chairs. The top floor had the bedrooms one with en-suite and a wardrobe the other had a hanging rail, but the beds as previous guests have said did not afford comfort. Shame the hosts have not thought about the necessary requirement for holiday makers and that is always comfort, especially after a day visiting all the fantastic sites around. They have an ideal little place that is well stocked and well situated, just lacks comfort."

"The house itself is a bit of a mixture. Wonderfully warm spacious kitchen, comfortable, roomy bedrooms all with en-suite, and a living room with comfortable seats for all. Tiled floor meant it got cold and we needed to have the wood burner going and to buy logs (should be provided for that price). The patio area was used when the sun shone and was great on Sunday when we were able to have the kitchen doors open and wander in and out. The snug was only used for drying clothes - Rather gloomy and TV was WAY too big for the size of room! Dining room was lovely and sunny but a little bit echoey. The welcoming tea and biscuits was a nice touch and we appreciated not having to buy washing products and cookery 'basics'."

"She left this beautiful cottage as a stunning bride. Lovely location which allowed us to meet up with other guests staying at the New Inn the following day for breakfast. We had wonderful weather so we were able to walk the short distance thru the village to the pub. Welcome basket of provisions was a lovely additional touch. The bathroom ensuite was very quirky but you needed to be quite careful on the staircase! Could have done with some instructions for the oven! Wanted to use the grill but couldn’t work out the controls. Overall a perfect stay and beautiful area. The communication from Manor cottages with directions and key instructions were easy and timely. Thank you"

"I recently stayed with my family over the Cristmas break. The cottage it’s self is absolutely gorgeous and just what we were looking for. The only downside was the beds, we spent the first night bed hoping, to see which was more comfortable. Out of the 6 adults who stayed, we all agreed the beds where terrible, rock hard and so low. My Fiancé ended up purchasing 2 double blow up beds with 2 others making do with the pull out bed in the lounge. As long as you doing mind sleeping on a rock as a mattress or taking your own bed, then this is the perfect getaway cottage."

"Loved the location, the cottage was on three levels. We came in the back door via the conservatory this had 2 barrel chairs and 2 director chairs not really comfortable for sitting in during an evening to watch the night come in. It has a large table and a sofa, can only think it ha the scruffy covers to protect it but still curious as gives the impression of tatty. Again nowhere comfortable to sit, 2 on ..."
