"They had worn out, and we had a terrible two nights before we started sleeping on the sofa. These mattresses urgently need changing. The Wifi was also a big problem, as the owner shares the router with his own house. This means he wants the router placed in the hallway, which reduces our wifi signal drastically. For the first 2 days we could not use our phones properly, when i moved the router on the 3rd day into the living room, it worked really well, but resulted in the owner complaining that ..."

"Visited April 2018. Comfortable, very clean converted milking parlaour cottage with all modern facilities, located on farmland and attached to the owners house. Owners extremely pleasant and accommodating. Very conveniently situated just off A55 but slightly remote from major amenities. Very peaceful for a short stay ‘getaway’, with views of the mountains in the distance. Lovely to listen to all the birdsong of the many varieties of bird, and lambs appearing daily."

"The cottage was lovely and very clean and well equipped. For two of us it was good but five would have been a bit squashed for sitting down in the evening together. It also seemed a bit excessive to have the heating on in June. I realise the weather was unusually hot and the only radiator we couldn't turn off was in the bathroom, but it seemed such a waste. The garden was very secure and nice to sit in although more relaxing seats would have been good."

"A lovely stay at Kingfisher Cottage. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The only thing that would possibly stop us booking again is that the bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. If a memory foam mattress topper was added it would be 10s across the board....I can cope with creaks😄😉. Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality, and for being our saviour by letting us have some tea milk and eggs."
