Guests consistently praise The Cottage @ The Coach House for its peaceful and beautiful setting, cosy and stylish design, and convenient location close to local amenities and attractions. The hosts are frequently mentioned for their warm welcome and helpfulness. The property is well-equipped for a comfortable stay, with several guests planning to return or recommending it to others.
Reviews frequently highlight the property as clean and well-maintained, suggesting a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate. Only one minor comment about a snowed-up icebox suggests room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, proximity to local pubs and amenities, and accessibility to nearby towns and nature walks. It is described as serene and ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with a few noting the space as deceptively spacious and the bed as comfy. However, one mention of an uncomfortable sofa indicates a slight deduction in the comfort score.
Facilities are generally regarded as adequate and well-equipped, with specific mentions of a well-appointed kitchen and the inclusion of Netflix. Some guests noted limited space for storage and a small kitchenette, which slightly affects the score.
While guests have expressed gratitude for the thoughtful touches like bread, milk, and mince pies, as these gifts are not consistently mentioned across all reviews, it cannot be guaranteed that such gestures are a standard offering for every stay.

Our first time staying in a studio-style property and it didn't disappoint. The plant screening outside makes it feel private and it's in a lovely quiet spot but very easy to get to.
