This lovely end-terrace cottage is set over three floors and situated right in the heart of the pretty village of Llwyngwril in Gwynedd. This cosy cottage is perfect for a romantic break and for exploring this beautiful part of the country. At the front of the cottage there is a seat on the terrace where you can have your morning coffee. Through the front door to the sitting room with TV and comfortable seating including a sofa bed for flexibility of sleeping arrangements, and also on the same floor is the family bathroom. Proceed downstairs to the well-equipped kitchen with dining area, underfloor heating and open fire. From the sitting room if you go up the stairs there is a lovely king-size bedroom which completes the accommodation. Outside is a magnificent stone patio with table and chairs, directly overlooking the fast-running river which is an absolutely stunning place to sit and unwind. Care must be taken, however! The village amenities are just a thirty second walk away and the property is close to many riverside and hillside walks and with the beach just a ten minute walk away, you can enjoy long lazy walks along the shore and rock pooling at low tide. The cottage is in a peaceful, quiet, welcoming, scenic, village close to mountains, woods and the sea. There is fantastic climbing, cycling and surfing opportunities. Further afield is Fairbourne where there is a narrow gauge railway or the towns of Aberdovey, Barmouth and Dolgellau are all within easy reach.

The pretty village of Llwyngwril rests quietly at the edge of the River Gwril, nestling between the splendour of the Snowdonia Mountains and the stunning golden beaches of the Cardigan Bay coastline. With its 16th century church, pleasant pub and picturesque riverside setting, it offers excellent walks and boasts a variety of wild flowers and many species of birds that flock to the area’s sheltered beaches and rock pools.
