The area is a walkers’ paradise with superb walks available from your doorstep and after a day out hill walking and exploring, returning to this homely little cottage to relax and unwind will be lovely. Decorated in a homely style, this pretty rural mountain retreat offers open plan living accommodation with a comfy sitting area with a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The dining area is ideal for a romantic meal or leisurely breakfast and a compact kitchen area provides everything you might need. The double bedroom is well appointed and benefits from countryside views and with an en-suite bathroom your accommodation is complete. Outside there is a pretty cottage garden with seating and wonderful country and mountain views, enjoy a glass of something cold and reflect on the day, watch the sun go down and with little light pollution enjoy the night sky and a little star gazing. There is so much to see and do in the area, enjoy doorstep walks and cycle trails, or have a stroll down the lane to the Welsh Highland Railway station and catch the train to Beddgelert, or continue on to the historic town of Caernarfon with its magnificent castle, harbour and an array of shops and tea rooms. The picturesque village of Beddgelert lies in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park at the foot of Mount Snowdon. Beddgelert is a bustling village with arts and craft shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, centred around the Afon Glaslyn river. A 20 minute stroll along the river will take you to the Aberglaslyn Pass, one of North Wales’ most famous beauty spots. The Welsh Highland Steam Railway passes through the village on its journey from Porthmadog to Caernarfon.
