    "Very pleasant stay. Thank you!"
    Miss Sharon Broome ‐ 3 Jun 2019
"Great family home which is very well suited to a holiday home. Really good access to local walking routes. Plenty of things that help make the stay easy - barbecue, games room in case of bad weather and lots of utensils to make eating in a large group easy. Useful information pack available in the property to help get familiar with the local area."
    Mr John Higgins ‐ 22 Apr 2019
"Lovely house in a amazing location. Fantastic walks without using the car. Pre-plan your food as the shops are a few miles away. Tesco deliver. WiFi speed not the fastest."
    R Kilcoyne ‐ 23 Feb 2019
"Thank you for a lovely stay over February half-term. Fab property for a group of friends to come and go and enjoy a rest in Wales. All the little details appreciated - milk, wine and cakes! We may well be back and hope we've left it clean and tidy for you"
    K Williams ‐ 5 Jan 2019
"A lovely property and surrounding area. I'm sure we will be back. We've had a great time and thanks for the cakes! Thanks, "
    Chris ‐ 29 Oct 2018
"I would also like to say a big thank you to you and the owners for giving us, and a number of our friends and their young families, a wonderful long weekend at Arthog Hall Farm. We had friends travel from Ireland, Wales and England with young families (and dogs!!) and the house delivered, accommodating us all and our needs."
The Lilly and Percival Family ‐ 18 Aug 2018
"Our 2nd visit to this lovely house and we have all had a great time again. Weather was a bit mixed, but we still managed to cram in plenty. Fairbourne railway/ferry, Barmouth, Zip World, Greenwood Forest Park, Black Rock Sands - Porthmadog, Arthog waterfalls, plus lakes and much more. This is the ideal place for a great family holiday and all being well, we'll be back again next year. Many thanks"
    G Williamson ‐ 28 Jul 2018
"Another great week - but this time in the summer - and the sun shore! The house has been as welcoming as it was in October and it has been lovely to get out in the garden. All of us have enjoyed it - from an 18 month old dog to an 80 year old grandad! Lots of walks, cycling and even some swimming in the river. A great home to get together and to find your own space. We even has a 1930s Murder Mystery. We will certainly be back! Thank you."
    The Wild Family ‐ 21 Jul 2018
"Thanks for a great holiday! We've had a great stay with wonderful weather. Can highly recommend the Cross Foxes, nr Dolgellau for a really lovely meal out. We've had some superb days out in Harlech, Portmeirion and Llechwedd Deep Mine. We did the off-road quarry explorer tour and the Deep Mine tour - both were excellent and if you do the early bird tour its half price! Zip World at Llechwedd was loads of fun too. Vale of Rheidol railway has 'Driver for a Fiver' opportunity which our son loved! Blue Lake in Fairbourne is well worth a visit. Borth Animalarium was great, saw 3 weeks old Meerkats! Thanks for having us. "
    Dr Rhiannon Turner ‐ 25 Jun 2018
"This was a lovely property in a brilliant location. The house was big enough for 6 adults to be comfortable. Hiking and cycling right from the front door, and sea swimming just down the road. We had a wonderful time."
    Tanya Podinovskaia ‐ 9 May 2018
"An amazing place in a lovely location, full of character and beautiful views. The house felt very spacious, with lots of rooms, and plenty of communal and private space for everyone. 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet meant that we had one bathroom per family. Everything we could have possibly needed was there (things like kitchen scales, bottle opener, games, cafetiere, etc) and there were a couple of surprise welcome touches here and there."
    Mrs Carole Puckey ‐ 1 Nov 2017
"This is an excellent property for renting, providing very spacious, welcoming, well decorated, clean, warm and cosy accommodation. We could not find any faults and hope to return. The whole family including two dogs had a great holiday."
    Mr Alan Pedlar
"An excellent well equipped house in a great location"
    Mr G Shingleton
"Overall, what we expected which was very good. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the range cooker was more than adequate for catering for a group of 9. We did have a really good stay with the family."
    Miss G Jones
"We had an amazing time in the house, plenty of room for all of us."
    Ms J Brain
"It was charming and each room had character. The views from the front rooms (up and down) were just the best and all the bedrooms and bathrooms lovely. A fantastic welcome from the hosts and they answered all our questions before hand with no trouble. Having 2 dining tables in separate rooms was really nice and having 2 lounges also a luxury. The larder was very useful for storage and nice and cool. We loved the house and location and will definitely return. Just fantastic. Absolutely recommend."

"A beautiful house for two families and very lovely owners who looked after us when we had a couple of 'winter' issues. The house has everything we could have ever wished for and so many lovely touches. It felt like a complete home from home. We have already booked to come back. Thank you for having us."
    Guiver Family
"Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful farmhouse. We enjoyed having lots of space and seeing the weather changing from the wonderfully large windows! This is a lovely place in autumn, with beautiful sunsets and the log fire. The pool table and swing were a hit with our 6 & 8 year old girls and the recliners were a hit for us as tired parents!"

"Fabulous house. Plenty of space. Housed 7 adults and 2 children with room to spare. Warm and cosy with beautiful views. Great location, close to beaches, mountain walks, steam trains, castles and mines. A great time was had by all. We loved the little touches - homemade cakes, Rayburn to dry the clothes, wifi. Will definitely recommend to others. Many thanks."
