Perched on the hillside just outside Aberdyfi, The Old Stables is a unique collection of five luxuriously appointed apartments in the former Stable Block of the Plas Panteidal Estate. The apartments are approached via a landscaped courtyard garden with exotic plants, slate footpaths and wooden seating. There is a private parking area accessed via electrically operated main gates with two reserved parking spaces for guests at Apartment 5.

Apartment 5 is approached along its own wooden bridge, which leads onto a large hardwood decked area with amazing views across the estuary. The balcony has a sun parasol, a set of all-weather wicker furniture seating four and a gas barbecue. This high quality property enjoys open plan living space comprising a luxury kitchen, lounge and dining area, all designed to make the most of the views. The lounge boasts a dramatic vaulted ceiling, glass dining table with chairs, leather sofas, a flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player and a CD system. The oak kitchen is fitted with a double oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer/dryer.  The main bedroom is another dramatic room with a high ceiling and original beams, a super kingsize bed and estuary views. The second bedroom is a pretty room with single bed and more amazing views. The luxury shower room is equipped with an electric shower, toilet, washbasin on oak vanity unit and sensor operated illuminated mirror.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and water comes from the area's own deepwater spring, which is then UV filtered to provide a sparklingly pure source for drinking and bathing. Guests have access to free WiFi and also enjoy temporary membership of the Plas Talgarth Leisure Resort - just two miles down the road. Here you can enjoy an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, children's play area. Other facilities subject to local fee  - spa, tennis, pitch and putt.
