Also Aberdovey boasts a championship golf course, pastel coloured cottages, seafood restaurants, shops and pubs. You are ideally placed to explore the stunning coastline of Cardigan Bay that stretches in both directions, and why not take a trip to the nearby thriving market town of Machynlleth considered to be the ancient capital of Wales? A little further on is The Dyfi Osprey project, an opportunity to see the magnificent bird of prey en-route to the more sedate landscape of Ynys Hir, a RSPB nature reserve. Slightly further afield you can head to the breathtaking scenery of the Snowdonia National Park.
