Centrally based with fantastic elevated sea views in the hugely sought-after seaside village of Aberdovey. This superb house is a perfect base for families and groups of friends to enjoy and explore the local countryside and various watersport activities that can be found in the village. Set over three floors, there are four bedrooms, three on the first floor, including two with sea views and one with en-suite facilities and there’s one bedroom on the second floor, which has an en-suite basin and WC. On the ground floor is a galley-style kitchen which opens onto the patio, from where amazing seaside views across the rooftops can be seen. Leading from the kitchen is a large sitting room with dining area, where you can sit and enjoy breakfast before heading off to enjoy the miles of sandy beaches that can be found in the area. Outside, you can sit on the patio, relax in the sun and marvel at the views from the garden or maybe catch one of the renowned sunsets, as the sun dips behind the horizon. Aberdovey village is situated at the point where the estuary meets the beautiful Cardigan Bay, therefore is able to offer gently sloping sandy beaches and watersports, and there's also a championship golf course, small boutique-style shops and eateries available. The area is surrounded by stunning views and walks, you can explore the four miles of sand dune backed beaches that stretch up to the northern town of Twywn, from where you can take a trip on the Tal-y-Llyn railway, or walk to the top of the majestic mountains that rise from the estuary. You are ideally placed to explore the Snowdonia National Park with its ever-changing scenery, with the whole area offering a huge selection of outdoor activities, such as pony trekking, watersports, fishing, climbing and golf. This wonderful cottage is the perfect base for spending quality time with family or friends, whatever the occasion maybe.

The harbour village of Aberdovey is renowned for its sandy beaches, sailing and a championship 18-hole links golf course. The village also has pastel coloured cottages, small shops, inns and excellent restaurants. The peaks of the Cader Idris and Aran Fawddwy ranges are within easy reach and are complemented by the charm of the Dovey and Dysynni valleys nearby.

Note: Due to the nature and age of Aberdovey, access to the property is restricted to a short single-track dead-end road, there are no turning spaces and can only be accessed on foot via a steep track from the main road.
