A great value holiday cottage in the coastal village of Dwygyflchi less than a mile from the wide sandy beach and local pub and walking distance from the local shop. Simple accommodation for a family holiday.

Dwygyfylchi is a quiet village close to Penmaenmawr on the north coast of Wales. Sheltered by two headlands and resting at the bottom of the Sychnant pass (the old road over Conwy Mountain to the World Heritage site of Conwy Castle. The wide sandy beach nearby is rarely busy and great for games, walking and exercising the dog.  Turning inland the surrounding hills abound with history, footpaths and incredible views not to mention the local pubs, restaurants and Penmaenmawr golf course. If you feel like exploring further afield you don't have to go far; Anglesey, Caernarfon, Snowdon, Llanberis and Zip World are all within 30mins drive. Just over the hill and you are in Conwy, or drive a little further on to the coastal resort of Llandudno.

This detached house on the edge of the village has three bedrooms and a family bathroom (bath with shower over) on the first floor. The large master bedroom has king-size bed, the second bedroom is a family room with double bed and single and the third bedroom has twin single beds. The ground floor consists of a large lounge diner with log burner and French doors out to an enclosed rear yard with seating area and lean to games room with pool table, darts and table football. The good size kitchen is just off the dining room and looks over the front yard and enclosed parking area.

Facilities include: Full central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, Wi-Fi internet access, TV, DVD player. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff. Off road parking for 3 cars (one inside the gates and 2 on the drive in front). Up to 3 well behaved dogs are welcome.
