" The dogs loved their walks and so nice the beach was only a short drive away with an added bonus the car parking was free. North Wales is a joy. The pub next door is great the lovely food, But the highlight of the holiday was Aber Falls the most wonderful waterfall. "

" I'm splitting hairs here and in general it was a lovely cottage. Pub (right next door) and Austrian and Indian restaurant both in easy walking distance and both very good. "

" This cottage is a credit to its owners. It is clean, warm and inviting. Everything worked without any problems. It was a privilege to be able to stay there for two weeks. It is well furnished with quality items and has good internet connection. It was just fabulous, so peaceful and quiet you would never know there was a busy pub next door. Parking is best done on the quiet road outside the pub and we never failed to find a parking space throughout the two weeks. We had intended to spend most of the time on the slopes of Snowden, but there are so many fantastic walks on the door step of the cottage that we never got anywhere near the mountain. The coastal path is a must. It has stunning views over Conwy Bay and the Conwy Valley. In two weeks, out walking everyday, we only scratched the surface of this area in terms of discovering its many footpaths. It is also worth walking down to the beach, which is about 20 minutes away. When the tide is out there is a huge expanse of golden sandy beach. Finally a big thank you to the owners who are very friendly should you need to contact them and who have got the art of holiday letting spot on with this property. Many thanks "

" Loved the super sized bath sheets! Really nice space with the 3 bedrooms - worked well for 3 adults, however if more then you might struggle with just the one bathroom Also in a really good location for seeing lots of different areas. Unfortunately didn’t get to try any of the restaurants has we had dogs with us. Had hoped pub would be dog friendly but you had to sit outside with them and it was still a tad cold in the evenings It rates as one of my 3 favourite places I’d go back to Owner messaged to check all was ok which was nice without being intrusive "

" Ideal base for walks. Great pub with great food on the doorstep. Beautiful, clean house "
    Mrs Davis ‐ 1 Feb 2019
" There were only a few minor details missing, when compared to other holiday rentals we have stayed in. There was no hand wash in the bathroom, and the property would benefit from a hair dryer, and a radio or DVD player. This wasn't a big issue, as we were on a short break. The welcome pack of tea, milk and Welsh cakes was a thoughtful touch, and we received a lovely text message from the owners on arrival. The cottage was very clean and cosy, and an ideal base to explore the area. "

"We would happily book it again."

"Fortunately friendly neighbours rescued us and we managed to gain access. Apart from that the property itself was exceptional, clean, comfortable with a welcoming pack of light refreshments we would return there with pleasure. To repeat an outstanding property in a lovely location which made our holiday experience one of pleasure."

" Very clean and excellent accommodation for our little dog Ollie. Would highly recommend if you wish to check out Snowdon! "

"Shops and cafes within touching distance. Gorgeous settings, we loved that it was so peaceful and quiet. The owners sent a lovely text message through the week to ensure we were okay and to enquiry if there was anything we neede, lovely touch. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends!"

    - Mrs Watson, May 2018
"Otherwise the cottage is absolutely perfect!"
    - Mrs Cogger-berry, May 2018
"Very quiet at night, excellent sleep quality as very comfortable beds and great for bird watching (even heard a cuckoo!) and there are two bird reserves nearby and a mix of habitats. Fab hill-running and walking too. Super easy access to Conwy and its spectacular castle and estuary, Llandudno and Anglesey. It was an unexpected bonus to have a 'Free House' pub and two restaurants to eat at within a very short walking distance, so you do not have to drive in the evenings if you do not wish to self-cater. We had good weather but it would also work well if you need to dry walking gear etc."
    - Mr Lucas, June 2018
"Parking at the cottage is more suited to main road as access to back of cottage quite tight."

"Something to think about - a dish washer and an enclosed garden that dogs can be left in. Otherwise the cottage is absolutely perfect!"
    - Mrs Cogger-berry, May 2018
"This is a lovely place to stay with dogs and older children as there are many different and spectacular walks from the door including The Snowdonia National Park and great beaches accessed by a mostly traffic free riverside path. Very quiet at night, excellent sleep quality as very comfortable beds and great for bird watching (even heard a cuckoo!) and there are two bird reserves nearby and a mix of habitats. "The location of cottage itself is beautiful and owners have kept it really well and good communication. Plus the owner does do little extra things that makes it so much more nice."

    "Quiet location."
    - Mrs Goodwin, January 2019
"The property is very well equipped and tastefully decorated .a home from home .i would recommend to anyone wanting to have a quite getaway ,theres even a pub 2 doors away and a curry house just down the road thanks carys xx"
    - Mrs Nichols, October 2018
"Cottage was very nice, and clean, but saying it has off road parking is misleading as it is very difficult to get to, and if you look at the picture you think it is next to the road but you have to go up a lane to get to it, and there is cottage in front of it, (at the bottom of the front garden), witch is on the road, other than that it was a lovely place to stay, good for hikers"
