Ysgubor Uchaf is the smaller of two lovely cottages this barn conversion has brought to life. On the same site as a small, award winning, camping and caravan site this cottage has a lovely relaxing feel to it. The cottage has its own parking area and is located close to the centre of the village so in an easy walking distance of the pub and only a mile from the Conwy Water gardens with its coarse fishing lakes, nature trail, aquatic centre and Dutch pancake house. The historic walled town of Conwy is less than five miles away as is the famous National Trust Bodnant Garden. Further inland the secrets of Snowdonia open up for you to discover whatever your interests may be you can jump off, Zip down, swim across, Surf over, climb up, paddle along or simply stroll or drive through some of the most beautiful countryside in the world.

A modern one bedroom cottage in a traditional stone farm building. The first floor double bedroom and bathroom (bath with shower over) are located on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a solid Oak kitchen with open plan dining area, separate lounge with a cosy log burner, comfortable seating and doors out to the fully enclosed patio and small garden.

Facilities include full central heating, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV with Netflix account in both the lounge and bedroom, Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity are included in the tariff and an initial starter pack of logs is provided on arrival. Shared laundry facilities are available on site.
