With a nature reserve just three miles away, this property is perfect for a family or group getaway to nature and a break from everyday life. This property accommodates six people; whether that be three couples or a family looking for some adventure. You enter the property by way of a hall/porchway which has built in storage, coat hooks and a separate spacious toilet and wash basin, a stairgate means a wet dog can be left in the hall to dry off. You are welcomed by a spacious kitchen which is shared with the dining room which gives that open-plan feel, this is perfect for entertaining or even to socialise whilst prepping dinner for the family. This is followed by a twin bedroom, with wooden flooring following the theme of the property. There is also a family bathroom, plus an additional shower room and basin for the extra family members. This is followed by a king-size double and an additional twin, ideal for couples to catch some rest before each action-packed day. The woodburner within the dining area is perfect for colder evenings in the winter, but the hot tub outside is perfect for relaxing within the garden in any weather. Outdoor lovers can relish in this stunning area, offering a nature reserve and a wealth of opportunity for walkers and cyclists. Local towns nearby include a 3.1 mile journey to Rhayader, or a 6.9 mile journey to Elan Village which is described as the Welsh Lake District - this is a place to tick off the bucket list.

Rhayader is a small Welsh market town with a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and unique little boutiques, including local antiques. An added bonus of a leisure centre with a large swimming pool and a weekly livestock market. The Red Kite Feeding Station, on the outskirts of the town is a great attraction not to be missed. Rhayader is the first town on the River Wye and is home to the spectacular dams and reservoirs of the Elan and Claerwen Valleys. The Elan Valley offers a variety of walks and cycle trails (cycle hire is available in Rhayader), as well as a visitor’s centre with café and children's play area. This area is known as the Wildlife Centre of Wales, with its amazing variety of nature reserves open for visitors to enjoy. There is also pony trekking available in the area. Visit Builth Wells, where the Spring Festival, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Winter Fair are all held annually. Alternatively, a scenic drive will take you to the Welsh coast 34 miles away.
