It comprises an attractive living room with woodburner & original bread oven in the inglenook fireplace (some logs supplied) and French windows out to a decked seating area; lovely views over the Radnorshire hills. Ground floor bathroom and a small kitchen including washer/dryer. Upstairs in this Llandrindod Wells cottage is a large landing room with futon leading through a low doorway to a delightful double bedroom with original beams. TV, DVD, CD/radio and oil central heating off the owners system.
Children welcome, use of large lawned garden - great for birdwatchers! - and fishing available on River Ithon. Excellent local walking and touring.
