The wood burner was difficult to light due to the wood provided, and lack of good kindling, but was easily rectified and did not detract from an enjoyable time. Loved the flora and fauna, particularly the birds, including the local tawny owl who was so close at night. Local beauty spots are easy to access, (I recommend a trip to the Elan Valley), and the local towns are always worth a visit.

Beautiful setting. Very comfortable and clean. We heard 32 species of birds from the front doorstep!
