This property is in a perfect location being only a short distance from the town of Builth Wells with local shops, pubs and restaurants. The town sits on the River Wye where there are cycling and walking trails to follow and plenty of wildlife to be seen. Across the river is the internationally renowned Royal Welsh Showground with its annual events. A short drive will take you into Newbridge on Wye with more shops and eateries and Llandrindod Wells is also worth a visit with its spa, museums and natural springs, the town has retained much of its look from the Victorian times.
