About this property

This pet-friendly Brecon Beacons holiday cottage is stylish and authentic with many original features including ancient oak beams, traditional fire place and stone floors.

Beautiful 2-bedroomed stone-built cottage situated in an idyllic and secluded location on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The cottage has a woodburner, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and induction hob, central heating, comfy sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, and a luxury bathroom. A great many of the original features have been retained, including the wooden doors, ancient oak beams, and stone floors, and everything has been superbly restored to a very high standard. The house is warm and very comfortable with large "old school type radiators", and a wood burning stove set in the original inglenook fireplace. The property also benefits from a fantastic BBQ lodge giving guests the opportunity to barbecue indoors all year round.

Lovely Welsh cottage in a peaceful location. Centrally placed for visiting the coast, the Beacons and mid Wales.

We had a great time with fantastic weather. The owners were welcoming. There were several outdoor seating options which allowed for outdoor eating and card playing. Lots of shallow rivers nearby for paddling in.
