About this property
As you approach this charming property, make sure you stop and soak up the picturesque views of Tenby, its harbour and sandy beaches. You will be delighted with your choice, as the property is contained in a Grade II listed Georgian terrace which, with a garden, overlooks this wonderful scene! This lower ground floor apartment is perfect for couples or small families exploring this superb seaside town and PembrokeshireÂ’s glorious coastline. This apartment has plenty of daylight flooding into its delightful rooms, despite being on the lower ground floor. The open plan living area offers a fabulous space to relax in after a grand day out. The comfy suite, coffee table and TV provide this, alongside a dining area where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is bright and contains a king-size double bed and a TV, wardrobe, dressing table and drawers. A pleasant shower room completes the accommodation. The communal garden across the road has a patio and seating, with steps offering direct access down to the seafront and the beach. Step-less access to the sand is also available down a zigzag slope further along the road. This property could hardly be closer to the soft golden sand of TenbyÂ’s Blue Flag-awarded, North Beach. TenbyÂ’s other lovely beaches are within walking distance, otherwise you could always stroll along the seafront and habour, venture up onto Castle Hill to admire the views and visit the Tenby Lifeboat Station, or explore the museum. Take a boat trip over to Caldey Island and its monastery and taste some of the luxurious chocolate made on the island. Alternatively, try your hand at watersports and then enjoy an afternoon tea or look for that perfect gift in one of TenbyÂ’s many little shops. You may well wish to spend your entire holiday within the walls of this exquisite seaside town, but make sure you enjoy at least one or two days out and about! Play a round of golf at the Tenby Golf Club, discover castles, theme parks and zoos and take lots of coastal and countryside walks. After a day exploring this wonderful region of Wales, return to this superb apartment for a relaxing evening planning the next dayÂ’s activities, or get ready for a night out in the town.
Ideally located on Carmarthen Bay on the stunning Pembrokeshire coast is the bustling seaside resort of Tenby. Positioned within medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, wonderful independent shops and numerous high quality tea rooms and restaurants. With almost three miles of blue flag awarded beach, it is little wonder that the town is renowned for its water sport facilities whilst just a little way off is Caldey Island, home to the Caldey Monks who are renowned for their exquisite, home made chocolate. Also worth visiting is the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, the nearby resort of Saundersfoot and Folly Farm. Oakwood Theme Park is also within easy reach and offers thrill-seekers a fun filled day out. The fascinating Dinosaur Experience is also worth going to, making this a truly diverse holiday spot in one of the country's prettiest regions.

"The level of cleanliness wasn't good, there where crumbs all over the work top, the bin was dirty, I'm not sure if floors had been cleaned. It is very much in need of a deep clean. Also the information in the guest book wasnt up to date. Information regarding bin collect was wrong said it was around 9am when it much earlier than that."
" It is tired, and need of updating. The furniture is old and cheap. The apartment had a musty smell and it is very dark. The entrance hall and stair carpets leading to the entrance is old and stained. "
" Dirty toilet on arrival .. Promised garden area was inaccessible due to repairs. Parking was an issue even in June so would be even worse in high season. The whole booking process was very impersonal ..... Would have been nice to have more personalised info on area etc and to get local knowledge from someone who knew the area.... And didn't appreciate emails wanting us to book again before and during this holiday... "
"It was a basement appartment, different from the pictures."
"Apartment was clean, ready on time, and as advertised. Communal corridor had no natural light and there was a light switch to turn on a light but when it was already dark you had to fumble around or use a torch to find it. Maybe better to have some kind of Led light on the switch so it is easier to locate in the dark."

"had a wonderful holiday, flat was in a great position ten mins from the town"
"Parking was on the road and we were lucky to find a place. Living area was very cosy."
"Location of the property was good, close to the town and beach, facilities within the property had some issues, shower and walls within the bedroom area were damp, although we had been informed many sets of steps/stairs to the room. Parking was on the road and we were lucky to find a place. Living area was very cosy."
"Very enjoyable holiday"
"The location of this apartment is excellent and the garden has lovely views over the north beach. The apartment was well equipped with thoughtful detail. Tenby is one of the prettiest places I've been to and would definitely return."
"The flat was excellent, we had everything we needed. The TVs and sound system was brilliant and the washer was very useful on days we got soaked!"
