This beautifully converted granary holiday accommodation is situated along a quiet country lane close to the village of St Ishmaels, on the stunning Dale peninsula. 

The Granary has been converted with skill and imagination to enhance all its original character.

There are numerous coves and sandy beaches along this stretch of rugged coast and both the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and Puffin Shuttle coastal bus are readily accessible.

Monk Haven beach and the tiny church of St Ishmaels are just a short walk. Dale Beach (excellent for sailing), Musselwick Sands (access via the Coastal Path), Martins Haven (boat trips to Skomer (Puffin) Island Nature Reserve) and Marloes Sands (a superb crescent of golden sand with beautiful rocky outcrops and wonderful cliffs) are all close-by.

Ground Floor

The front door opens into the Entrance Hallway which has a:

cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC.

The spacious lounge has a Gas Fire and is comfortably furnished with settee, easy chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and items of occasional furniture.

The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with fitted units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge (a second fridge is provided in the dining room), dishwasher, freezer, hostess trolley and automatic washer drier.

The dining room is full of character with mellow stone walls, along with the massive inglenook containing a logburning stove (logs provided) and beamed ceilings to enhance the character of the barn, and a large farmhouse style table and chairs.

First Floor

The three spacious bedrooms all benefit from glorious views of the rolling countryside.

The master bedroom has an EN-suite shower, wash hand basin and WC, and is ideal as a family room, containing a double bed, single bed and a folding bed for occasional use.

The second bedroom contains a double bed and vanity unit.

The third bedroom contains twin beds and vanity unit. Bedlinen is provided for the beds, which have duvets.

The bathroom contains a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Garden and ParkingThere is a gravelled courtyard in front of the property and a large lawned garden to the rear.

Garden furniture, sandpit and charcoal barbecue provided.

Ample parking.

Wifi enabled.

There are night storage heaters throughout the property and electricity and gas are included in the rental.

All logs are included in the rental price. 

A cot and highchair are provided.

Towels are included in the rental.

Regretfully, no pets as this is a working farm.
