cottage has an enviable position overlooking the pristine coastline

and rolling waves of Abereiddy beach.

A beautifully renovated home with a feature

fireplace, wood burner, and galleried landing.

Relax on the comfortable sofas, in the glow of

the wood burner on chillier evenings.

One twin room is situated on the ground floor

opposite the family bathroom, with a double ensuite and twin room

on the first floor. 

Direct access to the beach and lawned grounds

with original stone-built walls.

75 yards to the beach at Abereiddy, ideal for

swimming, surfing, and kayaking.

A short walk from the legendary Blue Lagoon,

renowned for coasteering and home to the Red Bull Cliff diving

competition 

Walking distance to the wonderfully secluded

Traeth Llefyn beach - known for its dramatic arching cliffs, golden

sand and crystal clear waters.  

Continue on the coastal path to the famous

harbour at Porthgain (about half an hour

walk).

Kitchen with quarry tiles, luxury carpets throughout the rest of the property. The Kitchen is fitted with antique pine cabinets, electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine table and chairs.

Exposed beams throughout, antique pine thumb latch doors.

Sitting Room with feature stone built fireplace, wood-burning stove, 2 large 2 seater sofas, TV, blanket box, standard lamp, galleried landing.

Grounds Medium size, fully enclosed garden with raised lawn. Views towards the valley, beach and iconic Abereiddy headland. Private parking area directly within the grounds.
