Trevelyn is a spacious detached bungalow set back from the main road which leads into the popular seaside resort of Tenby and Saundersfoot with their superb sandy beaches, harbours & shops.
Enter the property into a large spacious hallway, leading to the lounge with feature fireplace & TV. Continue through the archway into a lovely family dining room which then leads into the fully fitted kitchen with split level cooker, hob and microwave oven. There is a further utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer. There are three generous bedrooms, one double bedroom, a second double room with additional single bed and a third bedroom with three single beds. All beds have duvets and linen provided with beds made up for your arrival. There is a good sized family bathroom with bath, toilet,whb and separate shower cubicle. There is a second toilet accessed from outside.
There is a patio with garden furniture and BBQ to sit and enjoy the rural views to the rear of the property.
Central Heating - £20 payable to owner on arrival.
Electricity - £1 Coin Meter.
Ample parking to the front of the property & use of the garage.
No Pets. No Short Breaks.
Please bring your own towels.

We’ve stayed here three times now with no issues. On this occasion, we did have a problem with the washing machine and we called the agent and the owner was with us within the hour. We went to the beach that day and by the time we got back we had a brand new machine - excellent. Really really helpful. Thoroughly recommend staying here. Excellent location.

We have stayed in this property five times now and we love it. The location is great as you're out of town, its less busy and the property has parking for about five cars! The decor and furniture are a little dated but you can put up with it for a week. There is so much space, it more than makes up for the dated decor.

This bungalow is just down the road from Saundesfoot and Tenby. It is lovely and clean and is very spacious for a big family. It has all you will need and the owner is friendly and in hand to assist with any enquiries. I would highly recommend this holiday bungalow.
