The apartment has a restricted sea view from the lounge area and lovely woodland views from the kitchen and bedrooms. The apartment can be accessed via the lift in the entrance hall or via stairs. A great location just half a mile from the centre of the popular village of Saundersfoot, its harbour and beach, and also convenient for the quieter Glen Beach. note: We regret children under the age of six cannot be accepted at this property.

Juliet balcony overlooking woodland to the rear; sea view from lounge area over rooftops to the front. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, TV/Freeview, clock radio and en suite shower, WC, whb. Bedroom 2, with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, whb. Communal patio area on 1st floor with garden seating belonging to the apartment. Parking for 2 cars. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Non-smoking. 3pm takeover.

Saundersfoot Highlights

This bustling village is situatedat the foot of a picturesque wooded valley with a pretty harbour which is undergoing major refurbishment with new pontoon and mooring facilities to develop it into a modern thriving marina. Boat trips run regularly from the harbour for fishing and viewing the marine wildlife and surrounding coastline or to visit some of the Islands. The village has four beautiful sandy beaches the main beach is just off The Strand, Coppet Hall can be reached at the end of The Strand through the old train tunnels, Glen beach and Monkstone. There are a variety of  shops with locally produced arts and crafts, galleries, a super choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs who all serve food. Restaurants like the Mulberry or Mermaid are very popular offering a fine selection of food. .Local attractions are within a few miles, a day out at Folly Farm Zoo will suit all members of the family as well as Heatherton where there are go karts,  archery, crazy golf and much more.

Nearest Large Towns: Haverfordwest- 17.8 miles, large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many other High Street shops, cinema, castle. Carmarthen- 23.9 miles, large shopping centre with most of the supermarkets and many of the other High Street shops, cinema.Tenby- 10.9 miles, Visitor attractions- The local leisure attractions, Anna's Welsh Zoo with Rhinos, Tigers, Heatherton Country Sports Park, with much to do including golf, Treetops, archery.Folly Farm & Zoo with Lions, Flamingos, Penguins and Rhinos arriving soon, and Oakwood with rollercoasters,bobsleigh and many more fun rides,are all within easy reach by car and in the peak weeks may have a regular bus service to and fro.
