The presence of thoughtful touches, such as homemade cupcakes, adds to the charm of this holiday rental.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests consistently mention the cottage's spotless condition and the great care taken over cleanliness, including COVID-19 requirements, contributing to a high level of satisfaction.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its quietness, proximity to the coast, and access to local attractions. Its rural setting is appreciated for tranquillity and scenic walks, although some guests note it is a bit out of the way.

The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable and cosy, with a well-equipped kitchen and pleasant outside seating. However, a few guests mention the beds could be improved, particularly in the twin room.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the cottage being well-stocked and equipped. Some guests suggest improvements such as better drying facilities for wet gear and an upgrade to the shower system.

While guests often mention the warm welcome and thoughtful gestures like homemade cupcakes, it is important to note that such personal touches, though delightful, are not guaranteed with every stay.

The only things we believe would improve the property would be the master bed, it was rock hard and we found it very uncomfortable, the shower being electric with hardly any flow when you have a new pressurised cylinder there it is a shame not to have a better shower and finally the walls are showing dust, dirt and damp we have the problem ourselves having exposed stone walls at home. But to be honest the property is beautiful and we would definitely come back. You are lovely hosts and very welcoming and friendly. Thank you again for having us.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. A good base for seeing most of the local sights. Great to be able to reach the coastal path from the door.

Good for dogs. Short journey to Newport Sands which has acres of space for ball throwing, etc.
