Booked for a 3 day stay, multiple lights didn’t work on arrival, the stairs were very unsafe and the lights up stairs didn’t work either so we did not use the top floor, after the first night there it was so cold (we had the fire and all the mini radiators on) all which made no difference to the temperature inside, we all woke up really ill the next morning (to children under 3). We packed our things and left after 1 night. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning. Really disappointed and a waste of money

Great stay , had everything you need in the tent! Could have comfier living room chairs but everything else perfect! Will be returning !
