    About this property

Escape to this charming and delightful property, nestled in the rural hamlet of Templeton. According to local legend, Templeton takes its name from the Knights Templar who hunted in the nearby forests and had some form of religious house or hospice in the village. Being centrally located, S45327 really is the perfect destination to explore the whole of Pembrokeshire. Folly Farm is a short two-minute drive, with Oakwood and the Blue Lagoon waterpark being five minutes in the car. In the village, you can enjoy the children’s play area and enjoy some local produce for lunch at a charming village pub, all within 200 yards of S45327.

The property has been delightfully restored, in-keeping with the original stone property with a spacious lounge and focal wood burner to enjoy a cosy evening in front of the fire. Within the stone walls, S45327 has been attractively presented throughout and when you discover your secluded garden, you will find an impressive hot tub to relax your muscles after a day at Wales’ largest theme park, Oakwood. A little further south, you can embark on the delights of Saundersfoot and the famous walled town of Tenby with its beach where all the family can enjoy a day at this picture-postcard town. You may prefer a short drive north to the market town of Narberth; here you can discover the charms of this market town and explore the many antique and craft shops. S45327 really does offer something for all the family, so come and delve into the unique property and admire the natural hedges and gardens surrounding the property.

"We had a lovely stay here-very clean and spacious. A lovely large, enclosed garden meant our dog could run around freely and the hot tub was wonderful!Had some lovely days out -Tenby was a particular treat and a very dog friendly town. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here for a girlie/family/birthday celebratory weekend. Age ranges from 22 to 75. We all had a fantastic time. The place was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Even got provided with towels for the hot tub. The hot tub was a lovely luxurious added extra for us. Perfect location for our needs with a little wine bar and pub well within walking distance.Sharon was so so helpful prior to our visit and always got straight back to me with some little queries I had before our stayWould definitely recommend."

"We had a lovely few days here and the hot tub was a bonus. The house is lovely and clean and we found a nice pub down the road which we would highly recommend.Would definitely stay again and recommend to family"
    Wendy
"A great holiday house. Excellent for our little ones because Folly Farm and the Dinosaur Park are literally on the doorstep. Narbeth is lovely little town full of quaint shops and essentials. The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped with plenty of places to sit and relax and a massive dining table for family meals. Everything we needed."
    Marie
"Fabulous house, would definitely visit again. Previous reviews state drive way is narrow, we had no problem with a nine seater minibus, there is also a turn around point located at the top of the garden. Hot tub was fantastic and relaxing."

"Excellent holiday home, large and spacious, accommodating 6 adults with ease.Hot tub was great fun and relaxing at the end of each day. All rooms were well equipped and furnished.Access to the cottage is challenging."

"Fab house , well equipped and very modern . Really enjoyed our stay"

"We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and the area fantastic, it was so close to lots of lovely areas. The only negative was the hot tub, it only was really suitable for 4 people to be comfortable, so we just took it in turns. But overall the house, area, cleanliness was exceptional."

"Gorgeous holiday house, made good use of the hot tub! We didn't struggle for anything whilst we stayed. The only thing I'd say is one bedroom on lower floor is a very low pull out bed and that's about all that would fit in room so I'd say it's more of a 3 bedroom which is what we used it as and exceeded expectations.10 mins drive to Saundersfoot and Tenby lovely seaside towns both with great Places to eat.In Templeton would definitely recommend the wine bar it was a lovely evening."
    Louise
"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful cottage - loved the decor and the hot tub!"

"Old house with contemporary interior.Plenty of room , lovely bathroom, good showers.Beds comfortable, lots of wardrobe space.Nice big garden. No welcome pack , but there are teabags, coffee and long life milk.Need to take washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet as only one supplied. Also no salt pepper or bits and bobs.Drive tricky to get in and out so be preparedGood pub in walking distance but doesn't accept dogs.Good location overall as Short drives to Tenby and pretty Narbeth with its lovely shops."
    Geraldine
"Beautiful large house, very clean, lovely gardens. Only downside which is no fault of the owners etc was the noise from the traffic at night and early mornings."
    julie
"The owners have tried hard to create a wow factor. Decor is nice, but not really practical. larger sofas needed and king size beds,(although it does state that they are king size). No toilet roll holders or useful bathroom mirrors! Nice bath but you don't really need it with the jacuzzi, another large shower would be better. Two nice resturants nearby but no other shops. Road very noisy and double glazing upstairs ineffective. Poor quality appliances, really needs a tumble dryer in wet Wales!Hot tub lovely and well mantained. Nice size garden too."
    Rob
"Garden space was good but not enclosed well enough to let the dogs roam free. Liked the hot tub. Cottage was well presented and clean only downside was the sofabed.......very difficult to assemble and very uncomfortable. Location was excellent for all local attractions. Would definitely recommend it."
